Everything was excellent, from the dishes to the service. The anchovy parmigiana was spectacular: savory, stringy, and... crunchy! Must try! Impeccable service, competent, and very friendly staff! I'll definitely be back!

You arrive at the port of Agropoli and they recommend the Cormorano Restaurant. Right next to the port, you'll find a narrow staircase that leads up to a wonderful terrace. The view is enchanting, encompassing the port, the beach, and the magnificent houses of the old town. The service is impeccable, professional, and very attentive and knowledgeable. The chef is excellent!! The dishes are beautifully presented and have full, rounded, and engaging flavors. Mediterranean and Neapolitan cuisine expertly and creatively revisited. We'll definitely be returning!!

Unfortunately, I have to give two stars for service to a restaurant with a beautiful and romantic setting, both for its decor and the surrounding natural beauty. The dishes are carefully crafted and well-presented, with excellent quality ingredients and ingredients...but after we sat down and ordered, our appetizers were served almost an hour later! We were satisfied with the bread they brought us, which was still excellent. Furthermore, there was a €16 charge on the bill that hadn't been ordered and consumed, which was promptly rectified. These might be minor errors for a trattoria, but not for Il Cormorano! And that's a shame.

An exceptional culinary experience, and all the dishes we ordered were superbly cooked and bursting with the true flavor of the sea. The produce was fresh and expertly prepared, making it truly delicious! An experience to be repeated.

I visited Cormorano in Agropoli and can say it wasn't just a dinner, but a complete experience. The first thing that strikes you is the atmosphere: the background music perfectly complements the evening without being intrusive, and the outdoor view creates a truly evocative setting. You immediately sense that you're in a place with a history and a distinct identity, not a typical soulless restaurant. The cuisine truly deserves a special mention. Chef Antonio manages to showcase the raw ingredients with carefully crafted dishes that are elegant but never overdone. I tasted a truly excellent anchovy parmigiana, delicate yet rich in flavor; fried cod with chickpea cream that surprised me with its balance and flavors; an intense and well-made Genovese; and a creamy and flavorful seafood risotto. The bread also deserves a mention, because it's those details that reveal the care that goes into cooking. Finally, a perfect caprese salad to end the evening. The service was also impeccable. Cristina runs the dining room with great professionalism, attentiveness, and a rare ability to make guests feel welcome. All the staff are present, smiling, and attentive to detail. Gianluca, the owner, also deserves a special mention: you can tell when a restaurant is run by someone with passion and presence. He's created an elegant yet authentic atmosphere, where every detail seems to make sense. There are restaurants where you eat well, and others that leave a lasting impression. Il Cormorano definitely falls into the latter category. I'll be back. ✨
