06/10/2025: A really nice restaurant with Cilentan dishes. We always enjoy coming here.

14/09/2025: My wife and I went here on a Friday evening in September. The place is nice, with an outdoor terrace and an indoor dining room. The service, however, leaves much to be desired: - they had seated us on the terrace, but we asked, and had to insist, that due to the unpleasant wind, we would prefer to dine inside. Being told that they had decided to use only the terrace that evening, otherwise the waiters would have been confused, was grotesque, but in the end we were granted our request (besides, there were already other diners inside, so I don't understand what the problem was). - a quarter of an hour to order. - a half-hour wait for beers, appetizers, and two pizzas (the drinks didn't even arrive right away). - the pizzas arrive first, then the appetizer. - a couple at the next table orders eggplant appetizers, and suddenly, something completely different arrives; they politely protest, but the waitress replies that... that's what they have. In short... amateurs at random. The pizzas were good, though not unforgettable, but definitely good. The potato croquets were good, but probably frozen. The prices were reasonable. We'd love to return to try the food (which many say is sublime), but... the promise isn't good. They could use at least one smart waiter in the dining room and more professionalism from the manager. You can't improvise in restaurants.

12/02/2026: Classic country trattoria... We ate well... It's best to book, but it's a shame that after being notified that a vegetarian would be there, they forgot about it!!

06/04/2026: I'll start by saying I've never written such a negative review because I always try to be very positive and always see the bright side, but alas, I can't be today. Today was my second time here because I had a great time the first time—everything was perfect, from the quality of the food to the service and courtesy. Today, however, we had a terrible meal, worse service, and zero friendliness. I won't go into details so as not to be too harsh, but something has definitely changed at this Osteria because, as I repeat, we had a great time the first time we were there.

19/10/2025: The night before leaving, we noticed this bakery and pastry shop, especially for the aroma wafting from it. The next morning, we stopped for breakfast. They even had a coin-operated coffee machine, brioches with cream and Genovese, a bag of bread, a pane cunzato, and a bread filled with white ragù, and a bag of mixed dry pastries—all truly delicious. The owner let us try a fig cookie and gave us a bag of Reginella for the trip. Everyone was kind and professional. If I return to Palermo, I'll definitely come back.

25/04/2026: LOCATION 7 It's fortunate to be located on the main street and easily visible. LOCATION 7 Informal, simple, spartan, and without too many frills. Just the thing for those who want to enjoy a pizza with friends. SERVICE 7 The service is quite fast. The staff is friendly and helpful. FOOD 6+/9 The type of pizza isn't my favorite, but I have to admit the croquettes are superb. It's been years since I've had anything this good. PRICE 7 The prices are a little higher than average (both for takeout and dine-in). The croquettes and crocchettone are definitely worth it.

16/04/2026: I celebrated my graduation party here with some relatives. Everything was delicious, from start to finish, including the cake and wine; the family hasn't stopped talking about it for days. We felt like family; the restaurant's dining room is a little haven of peace and relaxation, and at the same time, you can go to the bar and order drinks that you wouldn't even find at the Monte Carlo Casino. Antonio and Luigi: a guarantee of success ⭐️

15/03/2026: What you don't expect... You enter a tobacconist's and find yourself in a bistro. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly and professional. The place is small, but this creates a family atmosphere without sacrificing elegance and professionalism. But let's get to the menu. We start with artisanal breadsticks and a loaf of mixed-grain bread, served warm wrapped in a napkin. The only problem is managing not to eat it all, because it's perfect for mopping up bread. The selection then begins, ranging from a selection of raw seafood to platters of cured meats and cheeses, and so on. The menu isn't vast, but as they say, "a little is good." Just from the serving plate, which varies each time depending on the dish, you know you're about to taste something truly delicious. You absolutely must try the tagliolini cacio e pepe with shrimp and the grilled fish accompanied by sautéed broccoli rabe. The freshly prepared tiramisu is delicious. Not your typical tiramisu, a cup filled with light mascarpone cream, with soaked ladyfingers. The custard in the millefeuille with berries is excellent, though it's a shame the pastry isn't very flaky. And, of course, there's a wide selection of coffees and after-dinner drinks, while you ponder what to try next time, because you'll definitely be back.

27/05/2026: I went here for dinner in May 2026 with my cousin. We are not Italian, but we speak Italian. We were polite, and waited to be seated. We asked to sit in the central courtyard, that I had been in 5 years ago. It was a cute, rustic and full of charactor then, I was shocked to see the "new" design, was stripped of any charactor and actually seemed a little sad, and unloved. We sat down and were greeted by a young man in what I would expect a teen to wear to the beach or wash a car. After giving us menues he rejoined the other staff gathered around a table in the courtyard behind us and had a great loud chit chat, leaving us overly unattended, to the point I had to call him over to order. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 beers, and a plate of fries, followed by a "strawberry tiramisu. The bottled beer was great, 1 pizza was ok, the other was no. It was a soup of liquid(most likely from frozen toppings like the mushrooms they threw on top of my pizza) , it was so bad I had to ask for more napkins to sop up the liquid in the middle of my pizza ...an Italian would have sent it back...actually they would not have had the balls to give it to an italian........no apologies.....no offer to redo my pizza.....just 100% indifference. I ate my pizza and turned my attention away from the food and on my dinner conversation....we ended the meal with an underwhelming dessert which reminded me of something a British dinner lady would serve up in a middle school/comprehensive school. If you miss bad British food, go here. Lesson to the owner: Treat every client like they are your beloved cousin. I live here, and I won't come back to a dump of a restaurant like yours ever again.

14/12/2025: Birthday gone bad! You agree on an initial price with the managers...and then end up with almost double that...I don't recommend it!

29/03/2026: Excellent Mexican restaurant right in the center of Salerno. Nice atmosphere and good food. Reasonable prices. I liked it and had a good time.

06/05/2026: Came to eat the pasta dishes with fresh pasta they had at home since, But they only made pizza now,so left without eating. So can't comment on the quality of their pizza. Three stars given for their polite service, two stars lost due to incorrect and misleading website
