09/12/2025: The playroom area (lower floor) is very nice....but a little more attention should be paid to the temperature...in some areas people dined with coats on, in others without.

07/12/2025: Since it became a luxury item, it's very expensive, and the pizza isn't as good as it used to be. Cheese is everywhere on pizza, and I'm allergic.

03/11/2025: It's always a great pleasure to eat sushi at Izakaya... The restaurant is beautiful and orders are served quite quickly. The owner together with all the staff are very helpful and work well... The location is also excellent with ample parking

04/10/2025: Really nice food with a lot of options. However, you order through a tablet rather than a waiter which doesn’t feel very personal. Otherwise it’s a great experience.

05/10/2025: We just returned from a weekend at this hotel, our last before it closes for the end of the season. What can I say...it was truly spectacular! Everything was perfect: the structure, cleanliness, location, staff, and an exceptional view with breathtaking sunsets. Breakfast offers a wide variety of products, all of excellent quality. A sincere thank you to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism.

02/10/2025: We stayed at the Ficocella Hotel in Palinuro on the Cilento coast! Fabulous location! Very welcoming and comfortable! But above all, the exceptional staff! From Antonio to Attilia Rosita, Antonietta Pietro, and last but not least, the bartender Carmine! etc. We felt right at home. The manager was a delightful person. And finally, the sea was gorgeous and the food was top-notch. Cilento is highly recommended.

02/11/2025: I celebrated my graduation at Lap Station and I'm really happy with my choice! 🎓 Gervasio and Gaetano are two very attentive, helpful, and always ready to accommodate every request with kindness. The wait staff was polite, precise, and smiling, despite the heavy workload on Saturday night. Good food, engaging music, and a perfect atmosphere for a dinner with a DJ set. A truly successful evening, thank you for everything! 💫

02/11/2025: I found it disorganized in terms of event management. For example, during the last book signing, everything was disorganized, starting with the limited availability of CDs. Furthermore, when I pre-ordered it, it arrived broken upon arrival. Otherwise, it's a nice shopping center.

18/10/2025: Nice shopping centre, small yes, but it has everything, every now and then there is a change of activity, I suppose it is due to the excessive rent and expenses of the centre

06/11/2025: For Halloween, my family and I, along with some friends, decided to spend the evening there, having booked well in advance. Knowing the evening's schedule, we decided to show up half an hour early to avoid the risk of a long wait despite our reservations, and luckily they seated us: the lighting was so dim you could barely read the menu, the themed music was unlistenable and at times even annoying, and the table was uncomfortable, especially for children. While waiting, we noticed, with great disappointment, that the beers were served in plastic cups... a choice made due to the chaos and crowding, to avoid disruption during the evening. And that's fair enough! It's a shame, however, that they doubled the price, passing off a 0.25 glass as a pint for €6, and sandwiches and bruschetta (a special menu for that evening) all for €10. After half an hour and calling the ordering girl three times, we finally managed to get it, and after an hour, the sandwiches finally arrived. We had to ask for them early because our kids (ages 6 and 2) were hungry. The sandwiches were smaller than usual! As soon as we finished, we ran away because the evening had become boring and the place was too crowded. In conclusion, 5 covers, 5 sandwiches (including just one hamburger), 1 small bottle of water, 3 beers... total €100! ABSURD and SHAMEFUL! I understand that you want to make money on the evening, but you can't charge me €10 for a sandwich with just a hamburger and €6 for a 0.25 plastic cup: it's robbery! One thing is certain... we won't set foot in there again. Being robbed like this just because you wanted to create the event to get more customers (there were rumors of 1,500 reservations) is simply not right! Imagine, on November 2nd we went to eat fish (fresh and well-cooked), we spent less, and the dishes were super generous! YOU'RE SHAMEFUL! Lower your standards, and especially your prices... given the quality and quantity!
