23/09/2025: Bad pizza in name and in fact, we took a margherita and a nerano, they were soft, badly made and sent back because they were burnt but nothing changed, the second ones were the same, we will not return

10/09/2025: I was there on Saturday night, the pizza wasn't bad but not excellent either, very very thin and the crust was a bit undercooked and you could smell too much smoke from the oven, of course Saturday night is okay but receiving the bill while you're still at the table having dessert and a bitter because the second shift is about to come in left me so bitter that I won't go back again.

31/10/2025: Maresca is one of those people who, if you talk to him, makes you understand what pizza is and what flour and yeast mean. Highly digestible and made with high-quality ingredients. If you love pizza, then you can't miss his pizza. I tried the Autonno Crunch, amazing!

05/10/2025: I rarely give low ratings because I always try to eat at carefully selected places. We came to this place based on the many positive reviews, and in hindsight, I can say that this is one of those classic cases where the reviews don't reflect the place at all. I'll make it short: 1) The location isn't exactly miraculous; on the contrary... everything is truly "cheap," starting with the table that swayed with disarming ease, which, combined with poor-quality knives that couldn't even cut water, made cutting the meat a real ordeal (see video). 2) I've eaten in many places (I'm an engineer and travel frequently for work), and I've NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER, been served a beef steak with all the fat still attached (meat needs to be trimmed before cooking and before serving!!!) 3) Let's draw a veil over the prices... you should split the price by two, and we haven't even considered the terrible service and the forgettable location yet! 4) Let's talk about the service...3 euros per person for service, and then you give me a waiter who I have to make smoke signals to call. A ruined evening to forget in every way, and 80 euros wasted on an inedible slice of meat. It was the first time in my life that when I was asked "Is everything okay?" when I got the bill, I replied "Not so much"... I always try to be polite... but that really took a lot of effort!

When an excellent product is offered at a fair price, along with precise and punctual service, the blend is perfect!

09/10/2025: I went with three of my friends. For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, the quality was very good, except for the tuna, which I understand can't be exceptional for the price. The big problem is the service. The wait times for the food are endless, perhaps because we were bored of ordering even initially, even though there were 4 of us and 2 other tables of 2. There were also long waits for the wine, and worse, a 15-minute wait for chopsticks after asking for them twice. The shocking thing, however, was that while we were waiting in vain for our food to arrive, we realized that our orders had been canceled. When I pointed this out, they told me it wasn't possible, and I replied that it was possible because the spaghetti had arrived and the plate was still on the table, but that wasn't even on the orders. After our complaints, they started bringing the dishes that filled us up and repeatedly asked us if they could stop. But there wasn't even a trace of the sashimi that we ordered several times. I repeat, the food is good but knowing how to behave towards people at the table is another thing.

02/10/2025: The place is very nice, especially the back room with its typically Japanese seating, but with a twist. The sushi is really good; the quality is high and you can taste it. The 46-piece sushi mix is ​​very varied, and you can try a little bit of everything.

17/10/2025: Spectacular. That's all I can say. Clean place, excellent pizzas, kind and courteous staff. They served us exceptionally well; it wasn't expected, but it was greatly appreciated. Price... Competitive with even more well-known establishments. Highly recommended.

14/10/2025: Extremely negative experience... extremely long wait times, with 4 cats in the dining room... raw pizza eaten only out of hunger without enjoying it... and then, the icing on the cake, 5 pizzas, 10 beers and a sample of fried food, they had the nerve to charge 160 euros. I will definitely give bad publicity and the fact that we will never stop by again.

From the very first moment, the organization was perfect in every way: everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the decor to the table layout, from the service to the pace of the evening. The food was excellent, plentiful, and high-quality, and all the guests complimented me on how much they enjoyed their time. Each course was carefully prepared and served professionally. The atmosphere was also wonderful: elegant yet warm and welcoming, perfect for an event as important as my 18th. A huge thank you goes to the DJ, photographer, and vocalist, who were brilliant and helped make the party even more special. The music, lighting, and energy they brought ensured that no one was left standing still; we had a blast from start to finish! But the biggest thanks definitely goes to Esther, who was truly fantastic. Always available, kind, and patient, she supported me throughout the planning process, responding professionally and courteously to all my requests (even when I contacted her a thousand times 😅). It's thanks to her that everything went perfectly and I was able to experience an unforgettable, worry-free evening. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Sethare to anyone planning an important event: the staff is expert, the setting is wonderful, and the atmosphere is truly magical. My 18th birthday was a dream, and I owe it to you. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Villa Sethare and to Esther for making this evening unforgettable!
