I ordered takeout pizza yesterday. They have various doughs available, including gluten-free. The gluten-free pizza is truly delicious, topped with excellent ingredients. The order arrived very quickly, and we had a very short wait. The prices are truly excellent. Highly recommended.

5 stars for food, service, ambiance, staff, and much more. Everything was delicious, from savory to sweet. Especially suitable for those like me who are lactose intolerant or for celiacs who usually have to crave food from other tables. At Mansi, anything you desire is fulfilled with professionalism. I'd been to this place before and liked it. A few weeks ago, invited to celebrate a friend's birthday, I noticed some differences compared to the past. The platter photographed on the menu was something else entirely: Milanese salami, Hungarian salami, pancetta, and mortadella, all industrial and highly processed products. The same goes for the cheese (industrial with various flavorings). Furthermore, there were no mozzarella, ricotta, or slices of dried sausage (all of which were shown in the photos). I didn't eat anything. The sandwich (made with pizza dough, good) with the Genovese had a strip of onion that wasn't there. The only tasty thing was the accompanying focaccia. The Margherita, a good dough, but topped not with peeled tomatoes, but with a very savory passata and a unique mozzarella. The service was polite and prompt. Moral of the story: since the dough is good, take care with the fillings and toppings. For the cutting board, use the English criterion "Less is more".

We came for dinner on a Friday evening. The food was delicious; the gluten-free treats amazed us, not to mention the pizza. The staff was fast, attentive, knowledgeable, and very kind. We'll be back! And I think often, too! P.S.: The Sicilian guests left very happy and with fond memories of the place.

09/02/2026: High-quality pizzas and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff.
01/02/2026: We wanted to try it because it was recommended to us. I have to say the crocche were good and stringy👍the montanara on the other hand had a hard dough (for my taste) but good. The pizzas, on the other hand, had really excellent ingredients, both my panciotto was very delicate (delicious yellow datterini tomatoes), while the diavola was a little too strong and the salami (my thing) I preferred it in strips, in rounds seems a bit poor. In any case, the light dough, even if I don't know how to explain it, didn't convince me. Always personal opinion 🙌
