Absolutely fantastic. We were just passing through and ended up at this family-run restaurant. The food was incredibly homemade and delicious, made with high-quality, artisanal ingredients that truly make a difference. Franco and María's service was even better. An unforgettable experience that I hope to repeat in the future.

The location is a bit hidden but easy to find on the GPS, and the atmosphere is extremely familiar. The owners were incredibly simple, which was reflected in the cuisine, which was authentic and high-quality, from the starters to the desserts, all homemade. Personally, it was one of the best I've ever tried.

Anyone passing through Palinuro can't miss Il Pirata, where Maria brings the best of Cilento cuisine. The dishes are paired with excellent wines, and the desserts, made with Maria's own creams, are truly exquisite! You have to return to Palinuro to try Il Pirata!

Marco, the owner, makes excellent pizza, also available by the wagon wheel. The menu is extensive, with a wide selection of pizzas, both classic and specialty (and on weekends they also offer a new pizza). Recommended for a quiet evening with friends or family. ☺️
