27/09/2025: Wide assortment of elaborate flavors, creams, chocolate, all varied, a bit heavy for my taste. Almost no fruit flavors. Helpful staff, but not very attentive to the number of people in line, so they're often passed by rude people. I would improve customer service.

18/07/2025: We were craving some ice cream, so we chose this ice cream shop. And I have to say we weren't wrong at all; in fact, we overdid it. The ice cream was excellent, creamy, flavorful, and the flavor was exactly what we chose! 500g for €10, a great price. The staff was kind and attentive, even asking if anyone had any intolerances (celiac disease) or allergies before filling the tub. Definitely worth a try.

27/10/2025: Really awful, my daughter waited two hours for a piadina that arrived cold, and she got home very late. Highly not recommended, at least they gave a discount. One of the little girls even went hungry.

22/06/2025: È la seconda volta che torno da Aguglia con la.mia famiglia, perché si mangia divinamente. Siamo stati a pranzo il 21 giugno. Ho prenotato settimane prima specificando che avevamo con noi una neonata e volevamo stare all' interno per non soffrire il caldo. Appena arrivati abbiamo visto che il tavolo era stato apparecchiato su una specie di terrazzino, le temperature erano insostenibili, pur essendoci due ventilatori. Ho chiesto di essere spostata all' interno, nella sala che era vuota e la risposta è stata: oggi fa caldo ovunque. Mi aspettavo almeno delle scuse per il disagio. Se non siete attrezzati, chiudete a pranzo o specificate che bisogna mangiare con 35 gradi. Quasi 70 euro a persona per pranzare in un bagno di sudore, con una bambina sofferente e inconsolabile è abbastanza assurdo. Così poca attenzione al cliente, in un ristorante di fascia medio-alta non è accettabile.

15/06/2025: Location molto carina con vista mozzafiato ma oltre questo sconsiglio vivamente questo ristorante, é stata la prima volta che mi sono sentita truffata in un ristorante a Bacoli! Dopo aver speso 90€ per un soutè di vongole, una frittura di calamari ed un assaggio di primo sono dovuta tornare a casa per cenare in quanto le quantità erano minime e la qualità era bassa rispetto al prezzo delle portate! Consiglio al proprietario del locale di non aprire anche la sera se a pranzo ha già terminato tutto! MAI PIÙ

22/08/2025: Disappointing experience. The pizza tasted frozen, while the bruschetta was just toasted bread with half a cherry tomato on top. When I pointed out the poor quality, the owner replied that they serve it like that and that they don't know how to make it any other way, without even offering a discount. Unprofessional behavior, and I strongly advise against this place.

12/10/2025: We had lunch today and I can say that I won't be coming back. The service is terrible. The lady who takes the questions decides what we should eat. The leftover pacchero allo scoglio was the one we had while the others had different dishes. I won't be coming back anymore.

07/10/2025: The vegetables had no taste and was very watery- meat was cooked too much - definitely not a place to visit a second time

24/07/2025: Excellent pizzeria, using top-quality ingredients expertly prepared. On Wednesdays, you can also enjoy a whole-wheat pizza baked in the oven: sublime. Table service is self-service only, and takeout is also available. Friendly staff and excellent pizza chefs. Reasonable prices for the excellent quality. Compliments to all the staff.

19/09/2025: Terrible fried pizza, we ordered 10 fried pizzas where all of them were supposed to contain the cracklings that were not in any of the 10 pizzas, some even had only provola with a layer of tomato, I had also ordered and already paid on Just Eat 3 crocchè, 2 arrived an experience never had, it's absurd and never to be repeated, when I called to tell them that the cracklings were missing and that the pizzas were not like this and that a crocchè was missing they repeated to me that it was impossible, stuff from another world, I strongly advise everyone not to call this pizzeria, terrible

20/07/2025: The fried pizza is excellent. It's the only one they make. Mineral water, if only in 1/2-liter bottles, is €1.50. Defrosted croquettes (they were cold inside). Stuffed courgette flowers are "expensive" at €2 each. Very small place. Cover charge is €1.50 per person, but they do have a tablecloth and paper towels. Fried food is served on plastic plates.

10/11/2025: The restaurant should consider offering a set menu when hosting large groups, as the management didn't seem very organized. As soon as we were seated, we were strongly advised to order pan pizzas, with the suggestion that one peel would serve four people. In reality, a €40 peel was barely enough for two, so we had to order additional regular pizzas. I find it unfair to suggest a peel for four if that wasn't the case: people coming for dinner expect to eat, not have an aperitif. The place is nice, but there are far too many tables for the available space. When people get up to dance after dinner, the waiters start moving and throwing chairs and tables outside, creating a bit of chaos. Overall, I found the organization to be poor and the safety management inadequate.

18/10/2025: We were very disappointed by the treatment of one of the employees, a man who was very rude to us. Because of his behavior, we decided to leave the restaurant. I want to clarify that only he behaved badly, not the entire staff. Unfortunately, it ruined our entire experience, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

15/10/2025: Despite the mozzarella and focaccia being quite good, I wouldn't recommend it, both because the staff aren't particularly friendly and because the aperitifs (in our case, Spritz) were truly subpar.
