10/10/2025: Asled if ok for a drink- Took our order for x2 large beers @€12 ....then before we had time to finish.....said they were closing.....disgusting customer care!!😳🤬

08/10/2025: Honestly, this place is a place to avoid. The staff is quite disorganized and sometimes rude, but: RAW PIZZA. Some were perfect, but unfortunately, the raw one was mine. As a solution, I was given the wrong pizza from another table. Don't go, thanks!

Upon arrival we were informed that the air conditioning only works at 25 degrees when in reality it was broken. An experience not to be had, we left the table before consuming, paying €14.50 for the cover charge despite the inconvenience of the room. It's a disgrace...

22/09/2025: I had booked well in advance at the Il Pettirosso farmhouse in Agerola for an important wedding. Just three days before the event, the owner canceled the reservation without offering any alternatives, causing a huge inconvenience. When I tried to clarify the situation, he was extremely rude and unhelpful, with no intention of apologizing or finding a solution. I had the impression that the cancellation was made for financial gain, perhaps to accommodate last-minute bookings at a higher price. Such behavior is serious and disrespectful to customers. Zero professionalism, zero seriousness. I strongly advise against it to anyone looking for a reliable place.

13/10/2025: Everything was excellent. The place is small but welcoming, a meeting place and a cultural hub in the center of Naples. The vegetarian/vegan cuisine is tasty, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

03/10/2025: Experience at the end of September 2025, after reopening, when only vegan and vegetarian options were left on the menu, losing staples like the tagine. Disappointing experience compared to the past: limited variety of dishes and often repetitive ingredients; disappointing sauce mix, especially the hummus, which tasted nothing like chickpeas; only the mtabbal was a good one; good falafel, but the rest of the fried foods were nothing special; main courses had little flavor and the ingredients were disjointed, including white basmati rice with two spices and a seasoning similar to Bariani (salty, dry, and bland), and the Sultan's Delight (a bland ciambotta). In all the dishes, I didn't find that extra kick provided by the spices, cooking method, and combination of the various ingredients; nothing like past experiences. The service was rushed and superficial. I understand the difficulty of a single waitress performing multiple tasks, but walking away while a customer is talking to you isn't nice at all. Furthermore, using the same gloves to serve, clear the table, wipe the tables, dry the silverware, collect the money, and finish plating isn't the best in terms of hygiene... you might as well not use them at all. The table management was also very rushed, to the point of almost disregarding the customer's time: allowing a table to enter while the person occupying it is still sitting finishing dessert is unprofessional at all. All in all, a disappointment. I hope Omar takes over the reins of the restaurant and brings it back to its former glory, hoping to return and be pleasantly surprised, unlike this time. P.S. I hope you don't sit at the table on the right as you enter: the door doesn't close, but simply ajar, guaranteeing chills and chills every time you enter or exit, especially if diners or staff don't close it all the way. And be careful of the steps at the entrance.

21/09/2025: I organized my retirement party, there were 35 of us... Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the first and second courses... the spectacular thing was the second course, pasta and beans with mussels... well done... thanks Vincenzo... we will definitely be back...

17/08/2025: Frankly, as a Neapolitan, I'm ashamed of these tourist traps. I scan the menu, choose a beer for €4.50, and it's calculated at €6.00, justifying the fact that they served me a beer that's not on the menu. It's clever, artificial, and beer is served poorly. Anyway, €29 for nothing. Naples is a thousand and one frustrations. When the zizzinella leaves...

A tomato, mozzarella, and basil salad, but without basil, with tomatoes cut like steaks, no bread offered, and no seasoning whatsoever! Oh, and those blackish things are avocado! 😂 The restaurant manager was bitter and unfriendly. The restaurant is very limited, extremely basic, with no good humor whatsoever, just money in their eyes. What a shame... Seriously, a tomato, mozzarella, and basil salad in Italy? You expect something good, right? Well, nothing, bad, very bad.

20/07/2025: Located in a historic square with swings and tables. In summer, it's cool in the evenings. Affordable bar for that area with fast and friendly waiters.
