08/07/2025: I've been visiting Ischia for over five decades and have enjoyed countless wonderful meals along the Porto. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Ristorante Emiddio—just to the right as you arrive in Ischia Porto—was my first truly negative dining experience on the island. Although the food was "ok," the bottom line: Ristorante Emiddio was a scammy, disappointing experience. There are far better options along the port. Do yourself a favor—keep walking.

03/07/2025: Horrible place! They charged us 16 euros for bread and didnt mention about the price for Langostine. They just want to rip you off!

22/05/2025: I had the opportunity to eat there as a member of a group so it wasn’t entirely my decision to go there. The food there was a disgrace. I’m a vegetarian and my second course was a mozzarella ball with fries the first day and scrambled eggs with mozzarella the second. Dessert was an orange or a tangerine (I’m not quite sure because it was so hard to peel that I eventually had to toss it to the bin). Make sure your group doesn’t eat there while staying in the hotels nearby.

15/05/2025: the food was disgusting. dirty plates, utensils had to be used for other courses. ants in napkins, dirty tablecloths and glasses. raw meat. the cleaners don't know how to carry plates, they carry them like a chimney on themselves and dirty the plates with the food. like pigs. absolutely do not recommend. disgusting disgusting

11/06/2025: I stayed in Naples for a weekend and discovered it by chance while walking with my cousin along the street. We had such a good time that we stopped by two nights in a row to have a post-dinner dessert. We found good desserts at a great price. The staff was very kind and helpful to us, so much so that I was shocked to read some negative reviews addressed to those who work there, they probably changed the workers (?) ... in any case for us it was a more than positive experience

Really poor quality level, instead of warning you that there aren't the flavors you want they send you empty croissants after at least an hour of waiting, when you find out and point it out they tell you that they will redo the delivery with an empty croissant again. 2 hours of waiting for two empty croissants, truly disastrous. In addition to being disastrous in terms of quality, they also take the piss out of you. never again

05/04/2025: Despite the request that we wanted 2 crepes, one for me and one for my boyfriend, we received 2 staples... after telling the employee that they had to be crepes rather than staples she insisted in an arrogant and presumptuous way that they were staples and not crepes, among other things, knowing the Spanish language very well, I felt that she filled us with words (in Spanish), which was very disgusting given that we accepted the staples without any discussion.

12/07/2025: At the Villaricca Naples mec, rude staff laughed because I couldn't say the name of a product correctly. I had a hard time making them understand the order. In fact, at the checkout, the cappuccinos were missing, at the collection, the croissants were missing. I asked where they were and the annoyed commissioner, I don't know what for, signals me with her hand to calm down but I don't know what for, after that she also mocked me without caring if I could hear her, but on the other hand, the staff has no interest in safeguarding the customer. Adda goes to nighttat, I won't go there anymore.

11/07/2025: It's truly shameful.... dirty, the digital games have been out of order practically forever, the bathrooms are dirty... the cleaning lady cleans the tables with very dirty rags... it's truly unusable.

20/07/2025: Sono stata alla canzone del mare oggi 20 luglio 2025 con quattro amiche . Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo mangiare ci hanno trattato malissimo e al telefono per farsi sentire da noi hanno sgridato la reception perché ci hanno fatto entrare senza pagare l’ingresso Premesso che siamo 4 professioniste e si vede anche dall aspetto ,credo che non metterò mai più piede in questo posto . Scortesi maleducati e anche abbastanza disorganizzati

05/07/2025: Seduti alle 13 …il primo piatto è arrivato alle 14.30. Camerieri allo sbaraglio più totale. Personale maleducato. Pietanze da fast food di medio livello. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. State lontani. È solo per turisti che non capiscono il cibo

10/07/2025: Good coffee (of course, you're in Naples), tasty cones, and fresh fruit. One very grumpy waiter, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful.

12/07/2025: After purchasing, I received a receipt with the number 808. The number 808 was correctly listed in the preparation column on the screen above the counter, but then for some reason the number suddenly disappeared. Wondering what they were doing, I went to the reception desk and showed them the receipt with the number 808 written on it, but for some reason they shook their head. A while later, I found my order being prepared in the kitchen in the back, and was able to receive it while the guy with the number 793 looked confused in front of me. However, the cap of the Coke I ordered was not closed, so my takeout bag got soaked.

30/05/2025: I just had lunch at Bagno dei Fiori. Excellent service, exceptional pasta alla Sorrentina, impeccable service and kindness of the staff.
