25/04/2025: Taste is personal, but I didn't like the croissant at all. It is very large and is cut and filled with cream to capacity, but quantity does not replace quality. I will try not to return, but other friends liked it, so they will return.

03/03/2025: Great shop, high quality products, the mozzarella is out of this world!! We are a couple who have lived abroad for years now, but every time we have the chance to return to Naples Pupatella has now become a fixed stop! I recommend it to everyone :)

11/05/2025: The food is very good both land and sea, multitude of starters all good and fresh, DOC white wine, the only flaw, uncomfortable wooden benches to sit on. PUT SOME PILLOWS IN IT.

08/06/2025: Yesterday I was at your restaurant for a 50th, and I was really satisfied. Cleanliness and excellent dining room service. All the courses were satisfying and with the flavor that only a good chef can give to products purchased with conscience, (therefore good in themselves), and then combined with the art of knowing how to cook them. A magnificent evening with relatives and good food. I think we will choose you for our next events. A thank you goes to the dining room manager who was able to welcome us and immediately put us at ease.

26/05/2025: Yesterday we had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter Miriam's first communion.. Excellent service, delicious dishes and above all extraordinary availability of the owners.. thanks to Daniele and Rossella for making the event a special day for us, we will definitely be back!❤️

28/05/2025: Treatment and attention towards the customer equal to zero. Faced with a minimal request for a discount on a really large order of sweet and savory, they have the courage to feel annoyed. However, they are then capable of hitting a greater weight on the scale if you are distracted for a second and do not notice (an episode that occurred on a Sunday morning when the place was very crowded) ... this is called unfairness!!! I think that instead of making the Customer come back they make him Run away! Learn all the laboratory techniques you want but if there is no courtesy and transparency no one will come back anymore

26/05/2025: Avevo un bel ricordo di questo locale. Ho portato alcuni amici a cenare, convinta del livello alto del cibo e del servizio.. beh che dire, mi hanno fatto fare una pessima figura. Siamo entrati e il locale era silenzioso, ci siamo accomodati, hanno servito l’antipasto e per quello che ho mangiato il crocché era acido, il resto delle cose di media/bassa qualità. Abbiamo cercato la cameriera per ordinare perché in sala non c’era nessuno. Dopo aver atteso 45 minuti nonostante il locale vuoto, ci hanno finalmente servito: io e una mia amica abbiamo preso la pizza, gli altri il panino. Per la pizza, oltre la forma veramente strana, era poco lievitata, condimento crudo e veramente poco saporito. Per quanto riguarda i panini, il bun era secco e datato, l’hamburger buono ma nel complesso i panini risultavano secchi e difficile da mandar giù. Abbiamo chiesto un’acqua grande, la cameriera ci dice che non era fredda e ci propone quindi tre bottigline piccole. Una volta arrivate a tavola, abbiamo dovuto chiedere del ghiaccio perché anche quelle erano a temperatura ambiente! Quindi una trovata fatta giusto per gonfiare un po’ il conto. In tutto ciò abbiamo assistito a una scena veramente poco professionale: una lite tra dipendente e il titolare che ha trasmesso disagio anche a noi clienti. Un’esperienza veramente terribile, a malincuore non verrò più.

20/07/2025: I was invited to this restaurant for a wedding, and they basically have a valet who charges €3 to park your car in the restaurant parking lot. Absurd. I've never seen anything like it.

12/07/2025: Servizio scadente, ordinati 5 drink e non sono stati serviti stuzzichini. Differente trattamento riservato ad altri tavoli, ai quali sono stati serviti. Inoltre c’è stato detto che non potevano essere servite bevande analcoliche, ma gli altri tavoli hanno ordinato tranquillamente schwepps. Non ci ritorneremo.

06/07/2025: We took the fixed menu for 25 euros recommended by the waitress, there were two of us when it came to the bill we paid 70 euros Oops, the waitress's mistake, she was wrong. The menu was for 35 instead of 25. Their mistake but paid by us... not even a small discount to fix the mix-up. They won't see us again

06/03/2025: I am taken on Sunday to this place that I cannot describe, terrible impact from the outside, I enter and the first thing I notice are peeled and dirty walls and attics, fried appetizers soaked in oil, inedible octopus, first courses brought back whole frozen shelled clams and courgettes passed through courgette flowers, fried fish with frozen squid and shrimp peels and finally dessert of the day, cassata said to be homemade but please don't do you know how to make a simple dry pasta, do you think you're making cassata? However, believe what I say, change your profession, cooking is something completely different

06/07/2025: A very nice café with delicious drinks and lovely snacks to take away. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Highly recommended even for those who don't speak Italian!
