07/09/2025: Almost nonexistent access road, slow service, some food flaws that could be rectified. Fabulous location but overrated.

19/10/2025: I love Mario's sandwiches. It's a shame the staff is really rude. I don't know who's worse, the girl or the boy. They make up and decide the pub rules... you can't add cheddar or any sauces to the sandwiches because "it's the rule." Terrible. Learn to be kind and then get to work.

08/09/2025: The sandwich is definitely delicious: soft, high-quality, and made with select ingredients. Although the prices have remained the same (or slightly increased), I've noticed that the portions and size of the sandwiches have decreased. It's still a takeaway with a well-known name, and its flavor continues to stand out.

26/10/2025: Restaurant with parking, located in a breathtaking location (Vesuvius and Castello di Lettere). I've been there several times, both summer and winter, and have always found the quality to be top-notch. Highly recommended.

23/08/2025: My two older boys and I walked past this counter on our way back from the train station.....a line that long is always a sign of quality. We were delighted with the friendly service and the quality of the product! Excellent! We highly recommend it!!!!!

11/08/2025: This is the first time, and I'm sure the last, that I've ordered chicken for home delivery. €16.00 plus delivery and commission, and I get two breasts and two thighs. Perhaps this chicken was missing, because the thighs barely have any bones. I specifically asked, when I called, for no pepper due to allergies, and I also noted this in the notes during the order summary, and I get the potatoes with pepper. I don't recommend ordering for home delivery. The chicken is dry and flavorless, but there is pepper.

05/05/2025: Nous étions 6 personnes grosses additions 4 bouteilles de vins et au moment de partir la patronne nous propose du limoncello on ok et la elle les rajoute sur l’addition je lui et fait remarquer mais rien à faire une vraie tête de mule 😡

02/06/2025: Tuvimos una gran comida y una gran experiencia en Tiberio! Después de una mañana en las ruinas de Pompeya, hicimos el corto viaje a Tiberio para un almuerzo de buena comida. La comida / bebidas eran excelentes y el servicio excelente. El propietario compartió sus experiencias, que incluyeron su cena en la Casa Blanca, donde explicó cómo pudieron reconstruir la forma en que se preparaban los alimentos en la antigua Pompeya. Simplemente encantador. Me alegro de que nuestra compañía turística, Tauck, nos llevara allí.

28/09/2025: Very friendly staff! The atmosphere is good, but we felt they're more focused on cocktails and beer. Still, the glass of wine was good, and €5 per glass is reasonable for the quality and quantity.

02/11/2025: I think it's a good place if you want a different Saturday night or just want to relax in a generally safe and well-kept place. The food is good, but the desserts are too heavy for my taste (although they're American-style, making them perfect for those who like something very sugary). The prices aren't excessively high; perhaps I'd take a few euros off for a more reasonable price. As for the waiters, there are a few things to say; they're mostly friendly, but there are some in particular who just don't fit in. I understand the fatigue and patience required for every demanding customer, but it's not possible that only the curly-haired waiter stands out more than the others for his arrogance, lack of professionalism, and, frankly, lack of self-care. If you guys don't want to smile, fine, but don't show those obvious faces and you'll be in trouble; find another job if this doesn't make you happy. I'm writing this because other acquaintances of mine, and some who have written reviews, have also highlighted this detail. I urge the owner to be more selective about who he hires and to take action. Otherwise, I'll continue to come those couple of times a month.

24/10/2025: Very nice location excellent food the problem is the price it is a bit expensive I would never go there just for the price for the rest it is perfect

16/10/2025: The food is really good, and it's takeout. The service is generally good, but it varies from person to person (one of them was a little nervous. However, since I haven't been back, I think it was an isolated incident).

12/10/2025: I expected much more, especially considering the rather high prices. The food was mediocre: flavorless dishes, and the quality of the ingredients didn't match the price. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but right now it doesn't justify the prices at all. I don't think I'll be back.

27/09/2025: This is the sort of establishment you want to go to if you want the real Italian experience. We discovered this gem and it become our go-to place in Pozzuoli for a great snack and lunch. Georgio and great team are attentive and will give you the best Campania has to offer. I recommend the tiramisu with pistachio but the pizza can stand on its own. Bello! 😃😃😃
