09/10/2025: I was at this establishment tonight with my family. As soon as we arrived, the waiter greeted us very warmly, gave us good advice, and responded satisfactorily to our requests. This was until a young woman took over the service, serving us with disrespect. She almost resented being called for even a napkin. My wife was finishing her meal and, without asking, she was taking her plate away. What can I say? This is a job that, if you don't do it with love, is better off changing. I recommend it! Since I've been doing it for 25 years, I hope it's constructive for the good of the establishment.

19/09/2025: I enter this place for a quick coffee break while out with two friends. We order two coffees and one double: * The double, was it normal (?) * One cup was visibly dirty on the inside and outside of the rim. > My friend points this out to the waiter, who responds in an annoyed/arrogant manner. "Hehe, ma'am, that's the color of the cup." AH 😂 She insists on having it redone. From behind, another waitress shouts, "Hehe, already, redo that coffee so you can finish it." We were shocked.

18/09/2025: The pasta is delicious.... unfortunately, the cramped atmosphere and the confusion of the staff take away a bit of its flavor.

30/09/2025: I had a very good pizza. Friendly staff. So-so atmosphere. Right across from the Piazzale Tecchio metro station. I recommend it as a bar, takeaway, and pastry shop.

13/10/2025: I'm giving it 5 stars because that's the best I can give, otherwise they would deserve many more. The sfogliatella accompanied by coffee cream was amazing. But the real difference, compared to other places, was the staff: our table was served by Gennaro, extremely kind, friendly, precise, and professional. He always served us with a smile, making our snack a truly enjoyable experience. Like him, Annamaria and Giuliano also showed kindness and professionalism, revealing the care and precision they put into their work. Highly recommended.

02/09/2025: We were looking for a local panini on the beach and found it at Samy's. It was rich with mozzarella, tomato, ham, arugula, and parmesan, and it was divine.

18/08/2025: Neapolitan pizzeria with a capital N. There were 5 of us, we had an appetizer, 5 pizzas, 2 draft beers, 5 cokes, 2 waters, 2 meloncelli, a limoncello, and 3 coffees... total 100 euros... a great price... you will find friendliness and professionalism. Try it, they accept credit cards.

18/07/2025: A group of friends went to this pizzeria to catch up after a long time apart. We found a room full of people with their children screaming like crazy. It was impossible to have a conversation, so much so that we came back with sore throats. There was only one waitress, assisted by another who came in sporadically, and no one in authority to ask these people to lower their voices. We were basically at a market. The appetizers were very good, but I would have something to say about the pizzas, which were poor in ingredients. Would I go back? Definitely NOT!

26/06/2025: Supermarket in the heart of Vomero, the advantage is that it offers parking in an area where it is difficult to park

31/07/2025: Intrigued by a TikTok video, I called. A very friendly person answered and gave me advice. The panuozzi were packed full and had good quality food. What can I say? 5 stars for the friendliness and the deliciousness of everything the panuozzi contained. Congratulations!

03/10/2025: If you are staying at Napoli City Center Apts and receive a breakfast ticket to this place, be very specific with your order. Most people do not speak English, so use your phone to translate. 2 out of our 3 mornings they gave us food without our coffee. To their credit I did order the croissants first, so maybe I needed to order the coffee first. We did enjoy the pistachio and chocolate croissants. They were very delicious. On the last morning when we finally got our cappuccinos they were also very good. This place moves very quickly and gets busy. If you're a tourist you have to be on point before you get there. Please remember, Italians speak Italian. They are not obligated to speak English. Treat people respectfully and you will be treated kindly as well. Everyone who helped us was nice.
