04/06/2025: A SHAME! Three tiny and very salty seafood cuoppi, two slightly less small but equally salty land cuoppi, a small and rubbery pizza, two liters of draft beer and two 500 ml bottles of water each: €90!!! In Naples we ate in many places, always very well and for almost the same amount of money. We were so proud to show Naples in all its beauty to two couples of friends who were coming from other parts of Italy but this place made us ashamed. TO BE AVOIDED ABSOLUTELY

04/03/2025: Perfect for a quick lunch, it wasn't a discovery but I had already had the opportunity to consume it years ago in another place, at the time driven by curiosity but daring a reality, perhaps a little expensive but it's money very well spent for the quality of the food and I must also say the professionalism of the staff, also very polite, a small place inside but with plenty of terrace and space outside, furthermore you can make use of the numerous benches in the square, and what can I say about Piazza Municipio, a splendor exceptional side dish where you can enjoy an excellent and particular large toast in the beating heart of Naples which is also why everything is excellent. Watch out for the parking lots of policemen in the area for the car while the scooter can be left exposed under the place, I also appreciated the presence of adjacent bars for an excellent final coffee of my quick lunch.

20/04/2025: I have a couple of negative points to make: 1. I took a Red Velvet, it definitely came from the freezer, 6 Euros badly spent. 2. I went out with a group of friends, in total there were 8 of us (including me), when the dishes arrived they didn't offer us a glass of water each, even though there were 8 of us. Everything my friends got was good, I tasted it first hand, it was definitely made at that time. Instead, I did it on purpose to take something that could have come from the freezer, to see if it was a high-level place (as the ratings say) but it isn't. The best places can be seen from these things, that is, from the things that can come from the freezer and instead they make them fresh at that moment in order to offer a proper service and unfortunately I have not encountered this thing in this place.

10/05/2025: Uno dei tanti locali “croupier” per turisti facoltosi, in particolare per gli americani che notoriamente sono di bocca buona. Tanta fuffa, poca sostanza, cantina ridicola per il costo del menu, sinceramente esagerato. Anche l’arredamento e il servizio sono rivedibili. Rien ne va plus!

09/05/2025: Absolutamente deliciosa comida y excelente servicio. Tuvimos un tiempo muy agradable con deliciosos bocados y algunos de los mejores vinos que he tomado. El personal era muy amable y fue más allá para hacer nuestra noche especial, especialmente para el cumpleaños de mi esposa. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

08/06/2025: Abbiamo mangiato un panino con amburgher di carne hanno servito una palla di pasta sfrolla con un impasto di carne semiputrefa e un contorno ambiguo rispetto al menu. servito semifreddo classico precotto e riscaldato al momento infatti l'amburgher era freddo, immangiabile a tratti disgustoso infatti lasciato. 01/06/2025: I tried the agri-panificio for breakfast. A welcoming and bucolic place, simple and courteous service. Excellent food, characterized by excellent quality of ingredients and an attractive proposal.

28/06/2025: Great place to celebrate events. It is located a short distance from the mouth of Vesuvius. Very panoramic. Average food. Very popular with people from the Naples area. Large car park. Kind and helpful staff. I know the prices because I have been guests of friends.

13/10/2024: I went on a Saturday morning. I ordered 2 coffees for myself and a friend and waited 7 minutes. But not because there were people, just us and one other person at the counter. Instead, the external tables and internally there were no more than 6 tables occupied. Basically poor service. And when we asked the girl who had to make the coffee, she said there are only two of us. And so we had to wait. Incompetent bar management. Poor service. And no coffee at all.

26/05/2025: Service was lovely! Had a really nice pastry with vanilla custard inside and a coffee (€5 total) and both were really nice and came quick. Sat outside in the sun.

22/06/2025: Chaotic mainly because half the room was occupied by people and children celebrating a communion. I hope that's why the waiters were inattentive. I had to ask for water then the menu then to order. The whole thing lasted 30/40 minutes. I didn't like the food either, dirty pizza underneath (do they clean the oven?) and also a little burned. Not expensive.

07/04/2025: I'm sorry to have to leave such a low score because the desserts are really good but everything else about the management was really terrible and a sign of poor professionalism. I had ordered a black forest cake well in advance (assuming they knew the recipe which calls for cocoa sponge cake with whipped cream and black cherry filling), asking if it was made by the laboratory and I was told that it was possible by picking it up in the afternoon on the day of delivery (and that was fine with me, since I needed it for the evening). The cashier wrote down the order on a sheet of paper, I asked if a deposit was necessary and she told me no. I went at 6pm on the day of delivery to pick up and pay for the cake and the cashier told me that the cake wasn't ready "Because the pastry chef had forgotten to make it" (!!!) and asked me to come back an hour later. I came back at 7:15pm, luckily the cake was there. At which point the cashier says to me, "Good thing you came early. If you had come at closing time, you wouldn't have gotten the cake and you would have left with nothing." So, according to their way of working, they made a mistake, completely forgetting an order placed in advance, and what's more, they wouldn't have even limited the embarrassment they made by delaying closing time to fix the mistake. I give up, collect the cake and leave. Last but not least, when opening the cake with the guests, I realize that they made a completely different cake than the one I asked for: vanilla sponge cake, chocolate cream and covered with a chocolate forest puff pastry. They must have understood "Cake with chocolate forest" instead of "Black Forest" because I never want to think that they don't know the Black Forest recipe. Luckily, the cake was delicious and the guests were happy, which is why I'm giving the review an extra star. But it wasn't the cake I asked for. I am very sorry because the quality of the products is excellent but the management of everything else was terrible and would have deserved only one star. However, I give one star for the quality of the products and another for the extreme (and perhaps naive) honesty of the cashier, who at least told me the truth and did not make fun of me with improbable excuses. I hope that the management of orders can be improved, so that I can change my mind in the future and leave a 5-star review, as the quality of their products would deserve.

17/05/2025: We were a group to eat a pizza for dinner. Since the total was €260 and there were 19 of us, we should have paid €13.68 but we paid €15 each, no one knows exactly why. The two of us had asked for a pizza without cheese (we also meant without mozzarella) but it arrived with. It's understandable that there was a misunderstanding in terms of language, as we are not from Naples, but we paid for an extra pizza (the lactose intolerant person couldn't eat it) and I, who am vegan, ended up eating the pizza with mozzarella, so as not to raise the price further and not have it thrown away. When we pointed this out to me, I was told to "pretend it wasn't there" since it was even better that way. Honestly, I'm used to receiving the pizza I asked for, even if it means remaking it, if the misunderstanding is on both sides... in any case I adapted, but I didn't find it nice or fair at all, especially in light of the senseless extra charge. EDIT POST ANSWER: I corrected myself because I wrote €16 (it was €15, still more). In any case, your “ridiculous” answer clearly shows the lack of professionalism. Constructive criticism should be welcomed and used to improve, not taken personally.

14/07/2025: Avoid this place, the food is average, the service is bad, the prices are high. They charged me 22 euros for a piece of chicken with fries. Robbery, you will find better restaurants in the area.

13/07/2025: Food was just boring and cheap. We had Caesar salad and margarita for lunch, cannot recommed these dishes here The service and atmosphere wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Go somewhere else to eat lunch (:

22/02/2025: Una bella location , ho mangiato un ottimo panino con hamburger e tartufo, un piatto di bruschette ed una bibita, ho speso 20 €, da ritornare per provare le bistecche. Personale qualificato.
