25/05/2025: Poor quality meat, I found a very long hair in the sandwich, I vomited. Terrible surrounding environment, dirty place and while I was eating there were cats wandering around me. Next time with 7 euros I'll go and eat it at the restaurant. Food on the floor eaten by cats and pigeons. I won't go back there again.

21/06/2025: A very entertaining venue, with a DJ playing constantly and a very quaint atmosphere, as was the decor, with Legos on the walls and pink lighting. I have to admit I loved the club and would definitely return.

The shop is clean and well-kept, but the interior space is a bit cramped, and during peak hours, it can be difficult to find a table for a quick meal. The staff is courteous, although service can sometimes seem a bit rushed, especially when it's busy. In short, a decent pastry shop, suitable for a quick breakfast or a dessert to take home, but with room for improvement both in the consistent quality of the products and in the organization of the service.

07/09/2025: I took my grandchildren out for burgers and fries. I reported a smelly liquid under the table we'd occupied; other seats were occupied. The entire time we were eating, they didn't bother to clean it up. What can I say? Try to be more careful!!!!

06/09/2025: This place allows e-cigarettes inside, and unless I'm mistaken, this is prohibited in restaurants. Noisy and unbearable children and teenagers.

29/10/2025: I'm not someone who complains about anything, but when I sit down at a bar on a quiet Wednesday evening (after a 15-minute wait) and am told I can't have a coffee because I have to have a dessert with it, then I do complain. If I'm on a diet or have celiac disease, I'm not free to have a coffee because I'd have to spend 6 euros for a single-serving dessert I can't/won't eat, or 6 euros for a Coke Zero. And, overlooking the latter, I don't even make it a question of money, but of principle. Why should I be forced to have something I don't want when I just wanted a tiny bit of coffee?

The desserts are incredibly fresh and made with quality ingredients: from the classic sfogliatella to the babà, to the modern cakes, everything is balanced and never cloying. The staff is smiling and helpful, ready to recommend the daily special. The coffee is also excellent, served with care, completing a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended both for a special breakfast or to take home a tray of delights.

18/10/2025: Order arrived at my home with products replaced at their discretion without warning, so I paid for them. Raw potatoes in plastic containers full of condensation, fondue disappeared to the bottom. Bread used for sandwiches was rubbery and stale.

27/09/2025: Very questionable service. Accepting children under 14 and asking them to leave after finishing their sandwich, after less than 45 minutes, is anachronistic. Clear decisions, including not accepting minors, would help and be understandable, but perhaps in some places they prefer to scrape a few euros from kids rather than treat them like customers.
