25/06/2025: The service was poor- the waiter was not very helpful. There was no cutlery on the table when the food was served! The starters were decent. However they got the wrong main course. It was also unappealing and not tasty. We had to repeatedly call someone as they were not keen to serve us Will not be going back there

15/03/2025: The pastry shop is very good, and the place is functional for city life. The croissants were very tasty. At Christmas my friend Ester V gave me a delicious panettone!

25/06/2025: I have always been skeptical about sushi, I didn't trust sushi, now I have converted and fallen in love thanks to this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent quality, very fresh fish and balanced flavors that win you over right away. The environment is welcoming, elegant and the staff is kind and prepared. An experience that I recommend to anyone, even the most skeptical like me. The best ever.

18/06/2025: This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the staff from front desk made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. No greeting, no smile—just an attitude that said, “Why are you even here?” We had a few simple questions about the menu, but the server was visibly impatient and dismissive, as if we were wasting their time. At one point, they even rolled their eyes when we asked about an ingredient due to an allergy concern. Totally unacceptable. The food might have been okay (if slightly overpriced), but the cold, unfriendly service completely ruined the meal. A restaurant’s atmosphere is shaped by its staff, and unfortunately, this place has a lot to fix in that department. Not coming back—and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated with basic respect.

27/04/2025: Estaba cenando solo después de un viaje a las ruinas de Ercolano. Inicialmente sospechaba ya que el restaurante estaba tan cerca de la entrada que supuse que debía ser una trampa para turistas, pero las críticas parecían buenas, así que le di una oportunidad. No me decepcionó. Los tomates eran increíbles, la mozzarella la mejor que he probado, y el pulpo delicioso. El expreso no era nada especial, pero no era caro. En general, fue una comida increíble y el servicio fue súper amable, lo recomendaría encarecidamente.

21/06/2025: Terrible service, at first they act normally, but as soon as you ask for ice cream, they don't even look at you and after 5 minutes they say "do you have a ticket", but not in a classic or humble style, in a terribly arrogant sense. The food is average, but very expensive. Even on Vesuvius it is cheaper. You can find ice cream about 50 meters from the shop, it is cheaper, better and they have a larger selection

30/06/2025: TO SIMPLY EAT A CHICKEN, WAIT OF ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES DESPITE THE ROOMS WERE EMPTY TOTAL €84 OF WHICH €36 WERE 4 ICE CREAM AND 4 PLACEMENTS

14/06/2025: I have eaten many pizzas in this place but I paid a very high price. They use different doughs for pizzas. A Margherita costs €5 and it is a fair price but it was inedible and had sour tomato sauce. You really fell for it.

30/05/2025: I've been going there for a couple of years because I work nearby! It's convenient to call and pick up more or less at the time of the reservation! The kebab sandwich was excellent! The other sandwich with breaded provola parmigiana bianca and walnuts was perfect!!!! I didn't feel like meat and they kindly advised me. Excellent quality/price, very easy-going, you won't kill yourself for two sandwiches and treats 😉😉

24/05/2025: How is it possible that someone gives a delivery time of 8:00 pm and after 10 minutes one calls back and calls back and calls back until they make 14 unanswered calls….. It is NOT the first time this has happened in this place if you are not up to par close

09/06/2025: An experience like few others, maximum professionalism, and cordiality from both the owners and the staff, attentive at all times, to make our event our dream, not to mention the dinner/buffet, abundant and of the highest quality, I had my doubts about the wine but they proved me wrong there too 🤣✌️. About the location, what can I say, we had an evening event, it seemed like we were in Miami, among palm trees, gazebos, sofas, armchairs, the beach. I highly recommend it, they gave me a dream and all of this is priceless. Thank you.

01/06/2025: Il mio primo giorno di mare, non poteva iniziare meglio.!!!! Al lido sabbia d'argento ho trovato, come sempre, una calda accoglienza, cibo ottimo, clima ideale e la grande sorpresa del bar a bordo spiaggia. Cosa chiedere di più per un inizio d'estate???

12/06/2025: Sehr leckeres Eis zu akzeptablem Preis. Jede Menge verschiedene Sorten darunter auch veganes Eis (wer's braucht). Absolut empfehlenswert.

04/07/2025: Excellent food, seafood in a ceramic container for two, with octopus, shrimp, and mussels, a mild sauce, and a base of bread soaked in the sauce. The most delicious seafood I've eaten on this trip. Soft and tasty. The place is pleasant; we sat on the sidewalk, and it was very hot. The staff was attentive. The risottos were also delicious with seafood. We had a local white wine, delicious and reasonably priced, a Chardonnay type.

03/07/2025: Beautiful culinary experience. Very good cut and well plated. Pizza leavened for 48 hours, soft, light, tasty and with excellent quality ingredients. Welcoming and polite staff. The waiter very helpful.

13/04/2025: The paiella is good. The best eaten in Italy. I went on a Saturday and the place was crowded and the people were shouting intensely. For my tastes I won't go on Saturdays anymore. But I will return anyway.
