I've been frequenting this place for a while and have never had anything to say about the quality of the pizza, which is always excellent. That's why I was a little disappointed by what happened last night. I called at 10:45 PM to reserve ten pieces of pizza, left my name, and confirmed it would arrive in about twenty minutes. I arrived at 11:10 PM and discovered that everything had been sold except for a couple of focaccias. I understand the rush and the management of the counter so close to closing time, but a little more care in putting aside the phone orders would be all it takes, especially for regular customers. I hope it was just an isolated incident and that it can serve as a starting point for improving the organization!
