The evening then continued under the care of Florianna, a truly exceptional woman, full of enthusiasm and great empathy. She was attentive and impeccable throughout, demonstrating a dedication to her customers that is rarely encountered. While the food remains of a good standard—we tasted several specialties, all excellent—it is the customer service that represents the true added value and makes the experience unique. 12/07/2025: An extraordinary pizza, captivating at first glance: perfectly leavened dough, with a high, soft, and well-cooked crust, punctuated by the typical wood-fired oven burn marks. The white crust holds a generous amount of stringy mozzarella, fresh cherry tomatoes, and basil. Each bite is a balance of sweetness, creaminess, and fragrance. Making the experience even more enjoyable was the impeccable service: the waiters, all young and charming, greeted us with a sincere smile and great availability. The service was surprisingly fast, without ever feeling rushed. A perfect evening, where the quality of the cuisine is combined with attentiveness to the guest. We will definitely be back.

The wait staff was kind and attentive. The pizza was excellent; I think I've rarely finished a pizza in my life. I had a filling with escarole, which I can't always finish because it's either undercooked, too oily, or too salty; however, this was truly delicious. We stumbled upon it by chance after visiting the Pietrarsa Museum, but we'll definitely consider returning. Excellent prices. Congratulations!

The pizzas arrived completely overturned, I called to report this and that the amount had been increased at the time of payment compared to what was agreed and the phone was hung up in my face...
