Carlo Sammarco Pizzeria 2.0 In Aversa

A pizzeria in Aversa with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the wait time is reasonable. The atmosphere is well-kept and pleasant. The pizza is decent, average for the local menu, though the outcome may vary compared to other Neapolitan pizzerias. Overall, a place worth visiting, especially for the service, which truly makes the difference.

The fried food is delicious. I expected a little more from the pizza, but it was really good. The place is very nice, but also quite large, so if it's crowded, you might have to wait a bit for your food.

Pizza is simply from another planet. Compliments to the Maestro.

Over the past year, I've had the opportunity to try various types of pizza on the restaurant's menu; from the classic with a tube-shaped crust, to the wagon wheel, and finally, the double-baked pizza. I can definitely say that regardless of the type, Carlo Sammarco never disappoints. Over the years, my boyfriend and I have been to every pizzeria in Naples, including the most "famous," and I can sadly say that we've often been very disappointed, especially when you eat a good pizza at one place but don't have the same luck the next time, almost as if you were at a different pizzeria than the last. Sammarco is a guarantee, because every time we go, we already know that the pizza will be just as good as the last time, if not better. Beyond the quality of all the products, there are three things I greatly appreciate: • The humility of its founder, who, despite the fame of his pizzeria, is always there working on Saturday nights, with a big smile and the friendliness of someone who loves what he does. I love the fact that the menu is very varied and that they regularly create new products with seasonal ingredients (you absolutely must try the double-cooked "Pizzaiò"!). Another plus is that the line always moves quickly, given the size of the place and the speed of service. There's nothing better than being seated right away, even on a Saturday night. With absolute certainty, I can say that Carlo Sammarco is my top pizza favorite. I wish you continued success. See you next time!
