Nice place, always a bit crowded, but the problem is that we lack forks. We ate on the table like in India. All in all, this is meant to be a constructive criticism, not to discredit the work behind it, but also to have a laugh. The price-quality ratio is perfect in my opinion. This is the fourth time I've gone to Zio Tom's for a quick sandwich. I have to say, it's a real powerhouse...it has everything, a fully equipped restaurant, plenty of seating, including outside, and the option to celebrate events. Out of four times, they've gotten the wrong sandwich three times. It's impossible, they're so efficient, but they practically manage to put fries where I didn't ask for them. I'm almost certain the mistake was made by the person filling out the sandwich ingredients. Given this whole experience, I think it's unacceptable to make these mistakes.
