21/08/2024: A real surprise. A well-furnished location, a friendly waitress ready to satisfy every request, excellent food as well as excellent research into the raw materials of the Twisted area. On a couple of dishes we could have dared even more with a boost on taste, but certainly an excellence of the area. Absolutely recommended, excellent quality (high) and price (medium-low) ratio.

20/07/2024: Eccellente ristorante/steakhouse a Solofra nel centro storico. Ubicato nell’antico campanile che lo rende molto caratteristico. Il locale e’ curato negli interni ed ha una piccola corte esterna per cenare fuori. Abbiamo provato molte cose, antipasti, primo e ovviamente le carni. Posso dire che tutto e’ stato eccellente, impiattamento e servizio e ovviamente la qualità dei prodotti. Altamente consigliato!

21/07/2024: Non so da dove partire… 1) arriviamo in 10 con prenotazione e non sanno dove metterci perché non avevano riservato il tavolo 2)mangiamo al buio perché mangiando vuoti nel giardino non accendono i fari sotto I gazebo, ma non avevano lampade (quelle da tavolo) da poterci fornire 3) abbiamo aspettato molto per poter ordinare 4)prendiamo 5 antipasti di mare e 6 di terra, che comprendevano entrambi varie portate, mancando una portata in quello di mare ci dicono che ci fanno sapere se possono sostituire…. Mai visto più nessuno 5) il servizio ce lo siamo fatti da noi… abbiamo chiesto molte volte due bicchieri per acqua perché mancavano a due persone, ma ci arrivano due calici… le posate di ricambio??? Ce le siamo prese noi da un tavolo esterno con sopra un contenitore con posate pulite perché nessuno ci pensava… 6) una nostra amica avendo un problema allo stomaco,ordina una determinata pizza (erano le 21.50 circa) … alle 23.45 la sua pizza arriva modificata e senza preavviso.. ah si perché abbiamo dovuto aspettare davvero molto… e quindi abbiamo addirittura deciso di non far fare più due pizze! Conto ???250€ in 10 persone. Inserito una bottiglia di vino in più e sconto di circa 20€ Parliamo con (credo) il titolare ma quasi inutilmente perché cerca solo di giustificarsi …..

30/06/2024: Scegliere questa location è stata una vera rivelazione. La cordialitá, la disponibilitá e la professionalità del proprietario Mario che ci ha accontentato in tutto a partire dal tavolo collocato di fronte a un panorama mozzafiato, ha contribuito a rendere la nostra serata davvero speciale. Ottima cena a base di pesce, impeccabile servizio e per finire le delizie dolci di Anna. Che dire, torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

18/08/2024: Driven by the positive reviews we went to try their products, the result was very satisfactory. Starting with the abundant appetizer, exceptional cured meats, exquisite ricotta not to mention the fried foods. Delicious ravioli with mushrooms. Absolutely worth trying if you want quality food.

28/08/2024: Locale rustico e spartano con ampia scelta e varietà di pizze per tutti i gusti ,che da una parte possono soddisfare il cliente nella scelta ,dall'altra parte ci si perde in pizze che possono scadere in gusti totalmente errati. Abbiamo scelto una pizza bianca con salsicce e con le olive e una crudaiola dove ho fatto aggiungere qualche fetta di prosciutto crudo. La prima erano con le olive non denocciolate e non era il top non per il gusto ma per la difficoltà a denocciolarle ,la seconda era nel complesso buona . Abbiamo apprezzato che prima della pizza ci è stata offerta una bruschetta ciascuno con pomodorini. Il personale é molto lento e non riesce a percepire i bisogni della clientela . Pertanto anche con la eccessiva flemme riesce ad essere cortese ed educato . Il conto tutto sommato giusto e conveniente

13/07/2024: We came across it by chance during a visit to the nearby sanctuary of San Gerardo. Very nice outdoor area, clean and with attention to detail. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. We ate very well, delicious traditional first courses, equally delicious second courses with excellent local products and all at a price far below average for this quality! Absolutely recommended!

12/08/2024: Restaurant/pizzeria located in the historic center of Montefusco. Nice and welcoming location with two internal rooms. From this year in the summer they also have tables outside, excellent for warm evenings. Excellent pizza, excellent pasta and sauce. The fried foods are also excellent, from chips to arancini. Perhaps the only flaw is the mountain bikes, they didn't drive me crazy. The restaurant is also excellent, from the first courses to the second courses (meat based) you are truly spoiled for choice. Excellent value for money. The owners are courteous and helpful.

26/05/2024: Passing through I absolutely felt at ease, fixed and à la carte menu (you spend the same) and with enormous satisfaction and surprise I ate a fried cod worthy of the best cuisines, small detail: my neighbor at the table also ordered the cod and to my enormous surprise he received a portion exactly double (if not more) than mine. Being also in the sector I would ask the chefs to pay close attention to these which are not details and it is a shame after so much effort to be evaluated negatively for these reasons. I'll be back, paying attention to the quantities.

06/08/2024: We visited this characteristic village and had dinner outdoors in this tavern. The tables are located in a very nice alley. Excellent dinner, both pasta and pizzas. Excellent service and a more than fair price. Overall, a pleasant surprise.

01/07/2024: Very good local cuisine, the meat is really special, tasty, tender, juicy, absolutely worth eating....every dish is plentiful, good and well presented, the service guys are kind and helpful, the place is well furnished, it has a large car park nearby and a small villa opposite equipped for children
