29/06/2026: We were passing through Ariano Irpino, one of the very few places open on Mondays for lunch. We ate very well, and were even offered a welcome entree. The service was excellent and attentive, and there was plenty of water. The bill was very fair. We'll definitely be returning.

22/07/2026: Already 6 or 7 years ago, "cannazze," accompanied by the meat used to make the sauce, were one of my and my colleagues' favorite dishes. A big bowl of pasta for two and off we went! We'd leave with a smile. Now, however, it seems impossible to pull off the task. About 4 or 5 times in the last year, we've tried calling and going there, but bad luck has haunted us. We've even detoured 50 or 100 km to try our favorite pasta, but to no avail! Either it was closed. Or no one answered the phone. Or it was open, but it was full, and no one answered the phone to let us know. I think it needs a little more careful social media and phone management, since looking at Google Maps and various social media the days we were there, there was no news of it being closed. Just like a few Saturdays ago, when, in addition to driving an hour to get there after finding it closed, we had to travel another 45 minutes to the only place with free tables 35 km away. And yet, it takes 2 seconds to change a time on Google Maps.

23/07/2026: Family seafood dinner. The food was truly excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented. We dined in the outdoor area, and it was quite comfortable, except for a few midges. The only downside was the lack of professionalism among some of the waiters, who were a bit inconsistent and not always polite or accommodating. However, I definitely recommend this place for the freshness of the ingredients. The price is excellent for what you get.

09/08/2026: We had lunch today at this restaurant, located in the historic center of Monte Marano, parking was easy along the street, we entered we found a fresh, clean, welcoming environment, the kind and smiling staff served us excellent dishes, prepared by the Chef, whom we met, a rich and good appetizer with typical local products, we ate the first courses with gusto, they were excellent and plentiful... we will definitely return, I highly recommend it!!

When you first arrive, it's so simple you can barely believe it, but then... friendly staff, quality ingredients, and perfectly leavened pizza dough. The result was wow.
