16/03/2024: We tasted "the ancient cheese of the poor" handcrafted by this restaurant. A true delicacy! It is crumbled stale bread enriched with aromas that in the past was used to put on pasta instead of cheese.

Friendly staff available to clarify any curiosities. Beautiful venue, recommended destination for a trip out of town for the beauty of the place and the goodness of the beer.
