19/09/2025: Tonight I was strolling through the heart of Forio d’Ischia, and my craving for a true Neapolitan pizza led me straight into Bar Pizzeria La Stambata, right in the lively Piazzetta. Don’t let the casual look fool you—this place is a hidden gem! 🍕✨ I asked for a table for two and was curious about the slogan on the team’s t-shirts: “Le Viege.” The owner (Geppo, if I caught the name right) smiled and explained it’s their signature pizza. The way he described it—well, let’s just say I didn’t even bother looking at the menu. I ordered Le Viege for myself and a porcini pizza for my partner. When the pizzas arrived… wow. I should have asked about the size—it was the BIGGEST pizza I’ve ever seen! At first glance, mine looked like a mountain of salad: wild crunchy rocket, sweet juicy tomatoes, and generous shavings of parmesan. For a moment, I thought: “Wait, did I just order a salad?” 🥗😅 But then came the surprise. Hidden underneath this heavenly garden was the actual pizza—perfectly folded, oozing with melted cheese, Parma ham, salami, and porcini mushrooms. Every bite was an explosion of flavors. Pure bliss. 🤤 My partner’s porcini pizza? Equally delicious. And of course, everything went down beautifully with a cold Italian beer. 🍺 This place isn’t just a pizzeria—it’s an experience. 13/08/2025: I've been to Taverna delle Follie several times and have always had a great time. The location is beautiful, especially the outdoor garden, which becomes cool and pleasant in the evenings. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, something that's not so common in Italy. And the food is truly excellent! I've tried various dishes and they've all been special. The portions are huge!!

12/10/2025: We found this pizzeria by chance. We went with a couple of friends, us from Rome and them from Catania. Intrigued by the good reviews, and close to the B&B, we decided to give it a try. I have to say that from the outside, it doesn't look very inviting, but as always, the appearance doesn't make the man, and this time it was more true than ever. The appetizer of spectacular fried pizza hearts and the fantastic, very large pizzas. 8 for the food. If we're in Naples again, we'll definitely be back.

13/08/2025: Excellent. Refined and quiet atmosphere, very spacious and finely furnished inside, smaller but very nice outside area. Courteous staff, starting with the girl at the entrance who handles reservations. Six of us had three portions of fries, six different pizzas, water, and a Coke. The pizzas were good, with a very light dough, and the log was spectacular. We spent less than 20 euros each. We'll return again and again.

16/10/2025: The food and drinks were of very high quality. The service and staff were polite and professional. The show and the experience were unique. Free parking was available directly at the restaurant/hotel. The rooms were very nicely furnished; we combined it with a weekend trip. The restaurant and hotel are located near the renowned thermal spa area of ​​Contursi Terme. The highway is just a few minutes away. The famous Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Mount Vesuvius can be reached within an hour. The hotel also offers a shuttle service. Everything was top-notch!

19/09/2025: Gem of a restaurant! Probably the best meal we have enjoyed in Ischia and definitely the least expensive. If you want authentic Italian food prepared and served in a family-run restaurant, this is it! Plus it is close to a sandy beach. The lemon linguini, prawn risotto and zucchini flowers with ricotta were very special dishes. Six stars!!!!

01/10/2025: We celebrated our son's birthday (12 years old) just last Tuesday. It was a lovely party with the whole class, and Mr. Ciccio reserved the entire outdoor dining area for them! We adults sat in the indoor dining area. The pizza was really good, and the ingredients were top-quality. Mr. Ciccio welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. Next time, we promised ourselves we'd try the food. As for the pizza, I can definitely recommend it!

23/07/2025: I went to Bluu Mare Dentro for the first time yesterday for my wedding anniversary and I can only speak positively about it... Very elegant place, very kind staff attentive to detail and very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes... the chef is a phenomenon, wonderful dishes both to the sight and to the taste... we will definitely be back, highly recommended...
