I thought it was just the timing, but it's always like that, and many people waiting their turn to get pizza have confirmed it. I'd like to give the lady some advice: to make people your customers, it takes sacrifice and time, and you always have to satisfy them, but it can take a moment to lose customers. I'm a friend of Luigi's, so I know the sacrifices he's made, but since I've been there four times, each time someone had something to say about the lady's manners. And I was disappointed because you all work hard and make one of the best pizzas in the area.
