01/06/2025: Great experience, beautiful rooms overlooking the river, too beautiful to return, very helpful owner!

14/05/2025: We tried the restaurant of this structure on the occasion of a baptism. Very characteristic place that overlooks the river. From various balconies, it is possible to admire the landscape and the view of the three waterfalls. Made with care and attention to detail in fact, in some places, it is possible to admire, under your feet, the glass windows that allow us to see the old structure. In particular, it is possible to look at the gears used at the time by the old pasta factory and oil mill. It becomes a spectacle, when they are activated by the force of the river water. Certainly a unique and romantic place. For the restaurant, abundant portions and genuine products. Everything to lick your lips. Attentive and helpful service.

21/06/2025: 10/10 and with honors... Arte pizza is really the right name for this place, where you are welcomed in a colorful room, full of paintings and imagination, all arranged with taste and originality. The pizza is truly exceptional even for those like me who have always had a thousand intolerances and difficulty digesting it. The dough and leavening are excellent and the ingredients are of excellent quality and cooked with care and love. Finally in Bacoli our trusted pizzeria, compliments to everyone, pizza chef, waiters and all the staff. We will see you soon!!

01/06/2025: The usual Friday spent at the pizzeria. This time we drove a few kilometers and immediately settled in. The experiment was more than positive. The place looks good, not very big even if they are equipping themselves with a new room, but apart from that I have to say that the impact was positive from the entrance. Very young and helpful staff. The fried food was not bad but the pizzas deserve to be commented on, especially the one with cherry tomatoes, unfortunately I don't remember how. In the end we ate well for the right price. Definitely worth returning to.

26/05/2025: Stepping into the San Montano felt like finding a new home away from home. The staff was lovely; always attentive but not hovering. The views across the entire property were unbelievable - they are the only property on Ischia that has direct sunset and sunrise views daily. The included breakfast spread was delicious, as were all of the meals we ate on property. We were upgraded into a suite and it was huge with a beautiful sea view. Although not directly in town, it was an easy shuttle into Lacco Ameno and easy to get around the island on your own. Ischia truly felt like a dream for me and this hotel played a huge role in that. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

20/05/2025: I'm torn. The hotel is magnificent: wherever you look, the view is splendid. The service is absolutely perfect, from breakfast to reception (special mention to the two lovely young men at the front desk), including the housekeeping staff. Breakfast is delicious: you can find absolutely everything you could possibly want, both sweet and savory. We were lucky enough to be invited by the manager to dine in the hotel restaurant, and the food is just as excellent as the service. I couldn't give it 5 stars solely because of the room, which I found out of step with the rest of the property. It's dated, poorly maintained, and the quality of the tissues/toilet paper is worthy of a budget hotel—which is incomprehensible given the overall standard.

29/06/2025: What can I say, a fantastic experience. As soon as we arrived, the owner Carlo was super helpful in giving us information about the place, as it was the first time in Capri with my partner. Kind, always with a smile and above all he makes you feel at home, in addition to being an excellent merchant I found a friend so to speak. Fantastic food and drinks, especially the orange juice with lemon granita, wow. The waiter Nazario and the other guys were super kind and above all very nice! The first served us with sympathy and kindness the whole time making us feel at home and this is the strong point of Il Gabbiano. We will return to Capri especially for these very good people, who made us want to stay there for more days.

16/06/2025: Locale lungo il corso di mercogliano, con ampia sala esterna per l'estate. Discreta scelte di birre. Abbiamo preso prima degli antipasti non male, noisette con cacio e pepe, mozzarelline, pizza fritta con alici e stracciata e patate al forno porchetta e provola. Fritto bene, anche la pizza, buoni gli ingredienti, patate dovevano cuocere un altro po'. Poi abbiamo preso i panini che non ci hanno proprio colpito. Non ci hanno chiesto la cottura della carne, è arrivata la carne troppo cotta quindi asciutta e dal sapore strano, con spezie che non ci sono piaciute. Panino me lo aspettavo piu' croccante vedendo le foto. Uovo troppo cotto, la parmigiana aveva un sapore strano il sugo. Anche agli altri il panino non ha convinto, nè il panino in se' ne' la carne

23/06/2025: Wonderful restaurant with amazing views! The restaurant is on a beautiful street, Via Tragara. I had veal meatballs in almond crust, purple potato mousse, baby vegetables and smoked Provola cheese foam and my cousin had a pasta special with seafood. I had tiramisu for dessert-everything was delicious.!

06/07/2025: We've been to Frankie's twice now, and we'll be back for sure! The service is impeccable, staff are so welcoming and wonderful, and the food needs no explanation! There's a reason this place always shows up when you Google "best pizza in Sorrento" cannot recommend it enough!

10/06/2025: Beautiful place with the best views. The staff were excellent and went the extra mile for us by finding a better table for us after 10 mins.. I didn't get the managers name but he was very proffesional and our waiter Leonardo was wonderful. A great experience

08/06/2025: This was our last meal in Positano and it was perfect. Great ambiance, excellent service and food. Started with drinks and snacks in the lounge area of the terrace which was comfortable and beautiful. Then dinner outside with a gorgeous view- we were a party of 5 and they sat us at a round table which was perfect. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a dreamy Italian dinner!

14/06/2025: What can I say, my home and the home of many people who frequent this fantastic place weekly.. Kindness, refinement and fair prices, it is worth stopping to drink a good coffee or taste something that is prepared in their kitchen. The guys are all good and smart, the room manager Roberta is a wonderful person and very kind to everyone 🔝

02/07/2025: Took my very picky Italian parents to this restaurant when we went to Sorrento. They loved it so much we kept going back the whole time we were there. If you want good food that tastes homemade and don't want to pay a ridiculous price,this is the place for you. Good food at a reasonable price 😉😊🥰
