25/10/2025: Whenever we're in Salerno, both the restaurant and the beach club are a must-visit. I love this seaside restaurant, which feels like it's on a cruise ship, as the tables overlook the private beach club's pool. Even on a fall evening, we dined outside, as the patio is shaded by canvas strips. It's an elegant restaurant, the service is courteous and attentive, and the dishes have just the right flavor.

30/09/2025: Excellent experience at "La Conchiglia" restaurant! The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff super friendly. We started with an octopus salad with clams, fresh and flavorful, an excellent appetizer. The first courses were divine: the gnocchi with tuna were creamy and flavorful, while the linguine with scampi had an authentic seafood flavor. For the main course, the seared tuna and seared salmon with potatoes and avocado were cooked to perfection, a truly perfect combination of flavors. The waitress was very kind and asked us about the dishes. Everything was prepared with quality ingredients. Prices were reasonable considering it's in the city center, we'll be back soon!

19/09/2025: We had a very decent meal at the restaurant for a reasonable price, then headed for the beach chairs which we paid 10€ for per person. The beach was clean, so was the shower and changing room and they had a lifeguard on duty. The sand is very fine and the view picturesque. The menu of the restaurant was in english, german and italian (-ofc). Staff was very friendly and there were cats :D

04/10/2025: We went for lunch today, two adults and two children. Starting with the staff... everyone was accommodating, friendly, and extremely polite! The staff perfectly reflects the talents of Enzo, the owner, and his son Andrea! Everything we ate was delicious! Generous portions! The tiramisu in the Moka pot was a real treat! The prices were excellent. Wonderful experience! As Neapolitans, we'll definitely be back!

04/10/2025: Bad service . Clasical Tourist trap. Took them forever with order in merely empty place. Antipaste was terrible absolute worst. Steak was decent. Fruit de mar pasta under average 2/5.

I chose a simply perfect restaurant, where every detail was carefully considered: from the truly delicious food to the impeccable service, always attentive and available. 🍽️💫 The atmosphere was magical—elegant yet full of energy and fun, just what I wanted for such an important day. A special thanks goes to the photographer, who managed to capture every smile, every emotion, and every special moment of the evening 📸. Looking at the photos, I still relive all the emotions of that night! And what about the speaker? A true professional, super engaging, and with incredible energy 🎤🔥. He managed to get everyone dancing and having fun, creating a unique and joyful atmosphere. I couldn't have imagined a better 18th birthday: everything was perfect, from the people I was with to the care with which every moment was organized. ❤️ A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this evening unforgettable—it will forever be one of the most beautiful memories of my life! 🥂✨

13/10/2025: The owner personally waits on every table, lots of home made pasta specials and nice selection of wines. Get a reservation as the line starts immediately after it opens and it's not fast dining - they take their time preparing your food.

10/10/2025: The pizza was decent, nothing special. However, when it came time to pay, we were charged higher prices than those listed on the menu: €5.50 and €6 pizzas magically became €7 and €8 on the bill. We were told they had just increased the prices, but after pointing out that it's unfair to charge different prices without notifying customers, they finally corrected the mistake. It's a shame, because it doesn't take much to ruin the experience.

10/10/2025: Their potato pasta special was phenomenal, delicious, special, unique, I recommend it to everyone.

22/10/2025: Dining there was amazing, pizza was delicious and the best we had in Naples. We where the only tourists there, rest of people where locals. Service was exceptional. In addition its also value for money!

10/07/2025: We came here to order a pizza to go based on a recommendation from our landlord. The pizza was prepared super quickly. The toppings were excellent, and the dough and tomato sauce were delicious. We paid only €5 for a Margherita pizza. For us, this pizzeria is the absolute best value for money. We found the Margherita pizza here better than at the well-known Pizzeria Sorbillo.

06/10/2025: Hubby had a steak which was beautiful, I had a bread crumb and tomato covered steak which was not so good. We had a side of grilled veg. People at other tables that had ordered fries were given what looked like oven chips. Pre cut frozen fries not what you would expect to accompany a €30 steak.

06/10/2025: After a few not so enjoyable steaks during our vacation my husband and I decided to give this place a shot. They had good reviews and we were really craving a good steak. I got one of their chicken empanadas, and my husband got the grilled cheese starter, both were very good. For dinner we each ordered a steak, I got the fillet, he got another cut that I can't fully remember. My fillet was perfection. I had my husband try a bite, he also agreed. The cook was perfect medium rare and each bit basically melted in my mouth. The seasoning was perfect. All around, amazing. I know that my husband enjoyed his, but he did say mine was better. If you're going, get the fillet medium rare, you won't regret it. Our server was also very quick with getting us more water and the bill when requested. If we're ever back in the area, we will be back.

We recently celebrated a family gathering for 15 people before my son’s wedding, and Nico and his incredible staff absolutely outdid themselves. The food was exceptional — every course was full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and full of joy; everyone enjoyed every single minute of being there. I’ve known Nico for over 20 years, and he continues to be the best manager of any restaurant we’ve visited in Florence. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to every detail make every experience at Osteria dell’Olio special. He and his team made our entire group feel so welcome and cared for. Beyond the amazing food, what truly made the evening unforgettable was Nico himself. He does his job with his whole heart, and it shows in every interaction. His warmth, generosity, and genuine kindness turned a wonderful meal into a night we will never forget. ❤️ This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars. My family and I will always return whenever we visit Florence — it truly feels like home thanks to Nico and his outstanding team. 06/09/2025: Great experience! The pizza is authentic Neapolitan style: light, easy to digest, and yet full of flavor. The fried foods are also really good and well-prepared. The staff is attentive, friendly, and very helpful. The restaurant is conveniently located, right behind Piazza Libertà. Excellent value for money: definitely recommended!

30/10/2025: A real tourist trap! The menu is extremely overpriced for the quality of the food. Everything was poorly cooked — the fish was dry, the risotto far from what a proper risotto should be, and the pasta equally disappointing. Yes, the location is convenient on the Amalfi road, with a charming terrace surrounded by lemon trees and a pleasant view — but that’s about it. Such careless cooking and disregard for food make a disservice to the many excellent restaurants in the area. Definitely not worth the prices they charge.
