06/12/2025: Excellent pizza in the best Neapolitan tradition, and their new offerings are worth trying: even the most refined palates deserve a taste. The new dining room with televisions is worth a visit. The service and the friendly waiters will immediately put you at ease. Add to that the more than fair price... it deserves to become one of your favorite places.

02/12/2025: Their coniglio all'ischitana (rabbit stew) and parmigiana di melanzane (eggplant parmigiana) blew my mind! The rabbit stew had the tenderest meat that was moist, perfectly browned and caramelized—they parted from the bones with minimal effort and even came with delicious liver and blood vessel bits attached! The caramelized tomato sauce infused with the meat, innards, bones, sofrito and medley of herbs after stewing and reducing for hours, was perfectly balanced and packed with sweet and delicate umami flavors! The eggplant parmigiana was so buttery smooth, pillowy and savoury—it literally melted between my tongue and palate with my saliva! 😋

We recently celebrated a family gathering for 15 people before my son’s wedding, and Nico and his incredible staff absolutely outdid themselves. The food was exceptional — every course was full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and full of joy; everyone enjoyed every single minute of being there. I’ve known Nico for over 20 years, and he continues to be the best manager of any restaurant we’ve visited in Florence. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to every detail make every experience at Osteria dell’Olio special. He and his team made our entire group feel so welcome and cared for. Beyond the amazing food, what truly made the evening unforgettable was Nico himself. He does his job with his whole heart, and it shows in every interaction. His warmth, generosity, and genuine kindness turned a wonderful meal into a night we will never forget. ❤️ This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars. My family and I will always return whenever we visit Florence — it truly feels like home thanks to Nico and his outstanding team. During peak hours, there can be a bit of a line; the place is small, but the quality of the food and the kindness of the owner are worth the wait. The prices are reasonable, and water is even free! I'd love to have an O Grin in my city too ❤️

28/10/2025: A lovely restaurant right on Marina Grande, perfect for watching the boats depart for the Grotta Azzurra. The food was very good, and the service was attentive. Prices were perfectly acceptable for Capri! We found it much more relaxed here than up on the Piazzetta.

09/11/2025: I really love places like this—without the touristy glitz or showiness, but with a welcoming, almost family-like atmosphere and truly good food. It wasn't easy to find, and it's only open a few hours a day, but those are minor details compared to the pleasure I felt visiting. If I return to Naples, I'll definitely come here again for lunch. 🌿

12/10/2025: We found this pizzeria by chance. We went with a couple of friends, us from Rome and them from Catania. Intrigued by the good reviews, and close to the B&B, we decided to give it a try. I have to say that from the outside, it doesn't look very inviting, but as always, the appearance doesn't make the man, and this time it was more true than ever. The appetizer of spectacular fried pizza hearts and the fantastic, very large pizzas. 8 for the food. If we're in Naples again, we'll definitely be back.

10/09/2025: We came here for dinner tonight and was excellent. We were greeted with kindness and the service was great! We ordered the Ragu and it tasted amazing, and the bread with olive oil was a great touch. Also recommended local wine and was very tasty (my first ever red wine). We've came from Scotland and wanted to find a nice, local small Italian restaurant and did not disappoint. Would highly recommend to all. Grazie!
