17/03/2025: È il nostro posto preferito,quando abbiamo un po' di tempo libero, ritorniamo sempre con piacere,vista spettacolare location raffinata arredata con buongusto,cucina a vista segno di trasparenza e pulizia come il resto del locale,nella toilette trovi anche il Kit per i denti mai visti altrove, pietanze freschissime e buonissime presentate e descritte a regola d'arte!Il personale di sala educato e preparato ti spiegano tutto nei minimi particolari!Questa location fà la differenza!A PRESTO!

The wine is also excellent, and the atmosphere of the place is simply enchanting. Two of us had dinner on the balcony, enjoying a magical moment in a welcoming and well-kept environment. 06/04/2025: The place isn't anything special, but the idea of ​​unlimited wine to be served directly had enticed me in choosing a restaurant in Salerno. I was extremely disappointed by the quantities and how the starters are served. We had ordered 4, two land and two sea and they forced us to share it, "because that's how they serve them!" (we were not told). Moral of the story everything in microscopic portions, only the price was full!!! (12 land and 15 sea, not even a little). If you want to eat this is not the place for you!!

23/03/2025: We were 4 people for the first time Friendly, organized and fast staff. But for the pizza I was a little disappointed, that is in the sense of good but not excellent... on my pizza the capricciosa ham was not of high quality, the diavola was not diavola, the third pizza burnt under the fourth was sufficient. We went because I saw that they made cartwheel pizza but that's not the case.

22/03/2025: Mozzarella and wine was good and tasty! But main courses (gnocchi and ravioli) were not really good. Like you are eating tomato sauce.. Also it seems like they are not handmade but pre-made and bought from the factory, just boiled and mixed with tomato sauce.. no flavour in them.. No WIFI in the restaurant, no internet (seems like walls are too thick and signal not passing through)

09/03/2025: If you go there it's because you've come across this mountain town in Irpinia, where the choice of places to eat is very limited. Despite this, a nice place, family-run, well-kept and above all full on a rather cold midweek day. Clearly the master of the menu are cured meats and meat. The mozzarella and olives that accompanied the cured meats were industrial, but the cured meats were of a high standard. The house wine was enjoyable. The meat was good and above all well cooked. In short, maybe I wouldn't go there on purpose, but if I found myself there I would go again.

25/03/2025: Excellent experience at Varnelli. Our server was adorable, the atmosphere pleasant and our dishes were very good. Special mention for the bread served Italian style at the start of the meal: bread baked in their oven, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt, a treat :)

28/03/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questa Osteria per caso anche grazie ad una foto di Cannavacciuolo scattata qualche mese fa. Abbiamo assaggiato dei piatti davvero buoni, uno di questi anche molto scenografico oltre che squisito. Alto rapporto qualità prezzo. Io lo consiglierò a chiunque.
