Always top notch. This place was born from a historic butcher shop. Everything you see in the dining room is carefully selected and, above all, top-quality. The meat is truly top-notch. The same goes for the sandwiches. Before entering, there's a touch screen that lets you create your own sandwich, including how you cook it, the type of bread... During the short wait, you can eat a variety of delicious things: from homemade fries to pork ribs with their homemade barbecue sauce, which is truly exceptional. Meanwhile, the sandwich arrived. Good food but perhaps too seasoned

I had dinner at this butcher's and burger joint and was really impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered a sandwich with a Chianina burger, 'nduja, mayonnaise, cheddar, bacon, and fries. The Chianina beef was excellent, and the bacon was truly the highlight: super crispy and flavorful! My only personal comment about the taste: I would have preferred the fries on the side rather than inside the sandwich, but overall the flavor was excellent. The idea of ​​building your own sandwich using a form to fill out is very nice, but the logistics are a bit cumbersome. I had to wait in line to get the form, fill it out, and then wait in line again to order. Since the form collection point, ordering, and waiting for the food are all in the same space, it's a bit uncomfortable and crowded. The speed wasn't the best, but overall, the quality of the ingredients was worth it. My advice is to improve the organization of spaces and queues, but for the palate it remains an excellent choice 👍🏼

The option to build your own sandwich at relatively low prices allows you to eat without spending a fortune. The white parmigiana is a bit subdued, as is the cheddar. Among the cheeses, the buffalo provola is unbeatable. The seating is a bit cramped, with little space between tables. Overall, a good choice.

Knowing the legendary Da Gigione sandwich shop and being nearby, we decided to grab a nice sandwich for lunch, so we stopped by the butcher/burger joint for the first time. As expected, it didn't disappoint! Delicious sandwich and top-quality ingredients! Perfect for a quick, quality lunch.

Ciro, excellent. I'm not giving it a 5 only because the place was packed and our meat wasn't quite rare as we'd requested, and then another course was a bit cold. But the staff was friendly and they treated us very well for the price. Highly recommended, though. Among the best meats in Campania!
