Always top notch. This place was born from a historic butcher shop. Everything you see in the dining room is carefully selected and, above all, top-quality. The meat is truly top-notch. Cleanliness and professionalism are a given. The same goes for the sandwiches. As soon as you enter, at the cashier, they give you a sheet of paper to build your own sandwich. During the short wait, you can eat a variety of delicious things: from their own fries to pork ribs with their homemade barbecue sauce, which is truly exceptional. In the meantime, the sandwich arrived. A spectacle. And the prices are absolutely reasonable. Excellent. There is no table service; they give you a number and when you hear it over the speakers, everything will be ready. They clean your table before and after. All the staff and owners are kind and helpful.
I returned for lunch on Saturday to eat the meat. We tried the Angus. Both the meat and the sides were excellent. On Saturdays, they have a special lunch menu. I highly recommend it. Regarding parking, after 8:00 PM you can park anywhere, there's no charge.

Seven burgers were made right before my eyes (I don't remember the name of the chef who served me). I chose the type of meat, nice and lean. I saw it, everything was perfect in my eyes, beautiful. Then he added a piece and I told him, "I see it a little," and he started explaining to me that it was to prevent them from drying out, and I stopped there. I took them home, two cooked (once) and what can I say, fantastic, fantastic.

Excellent quality butcher and burger joint. The meat is incredibly fresh and carefully selected: the burgers are succulent, flavorful, and freshly prepared. A place where you can taste the difference from industrial fast food joints. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate, and can advise you on the right cut and the best cooking method. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. A must-visit for lovers of good meat in Pomigliano. Highly recommended!
