08/08/2024: When in Naples, make sure one of your meals is at Mame Ostrichina. Came here with family, we tried the Spicy Tuna Roll, the Spicy Mango Roll and the Uramaki Vegetarian Hot Rolls. Every one of these was superb. Kudos to the owner for boldly experimenting and fusing together Japanese and local food.

21/08/2024: We had dinner last night in this place where you are catapulted into the 70s/80s, background music, few tables, very intimate. Suitable for couples, families and small groups of friends. The food was excellent, I had spaghetti with tuna (fresh ) pistachio pesto and chopped pistachios, my mother meatballs with sauce, which in her opinion are like hers if not better... my mother is Neapolitan... excellent value for money. I will return as soon as I pass through Battipaglia.

13/08/2024: We found this restaurant by chance. Family atmosphere and very quiet. You are welcomed by the courtesy and kindness of the waiters and you are amazed by the quality and originality of the dishes. Compliments to the chefs Angelo Antonio and Gennaro. If we return to these parts it will be an unmissable event.

20/08/2024: My wife and I have been regular visitors to the village of Sant'Agata, but this time, we decided to book dinner at the renowned Don Alfonso 1890. To ensure a seamless dining experience, I contacted the restaurant eight months in advance to inquire about their vegetarian menu. They promptly confirmed that they could accommodate our dietary preferences and even provided us with a sample tasting menu upon request. I must say, everything about this place is truly amazing. Before our dinner, we were given a fascinating tour of the restaurant's wine cellar, which extends several hundred feet underground to the bottom of a well. Although the oldest wine in their collection dates back to 1890, it is not fit for consumption. Interestingly, the most expensive wine they have is an Italian wine priced at €40,000 per bottle (unfortunately, a bit out of our budget). During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting the chef and owner of the restaurant and hotel. They warmly greeted guests in the restaurant and even invited us into the kitchen, where we witnessed the food preparation process and received a description of each kitchen station. After the kitchen tour, we were offered aperitifs, which we enjoyed in the beautiful gardens of the hotel. It was a delightful experience. As my wife is a vegetarian and I am a carnivore, we both opted for our own tasting menus. The first dish was preceded by a chef's welcome course not on the menu. I must say, the food was absolutely sublime. Every single bite was a delight, and despite the seemingly small portions, we left the restaurant feeling incredibly satisfied. In fact, we were so full that we couldn't even enjoy the petit fours. We decided to take them with us and gifted them to the staff at the Jaccarino hotel where we were staying. I must commend the staff at Don Alfonso 1890 for their exceptional service. They were engaging, polite, and personable, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. One unique touch that caught my attention was the TV screens in the restaurant, which were turned 90 degrees into portrait mode. While you won't be watching the news or your favorite shows during dinner, you can observe the kitchen staff as they prepare and cook your food. I found this to be a wonderful addition that enhanced the overall dining experience. Additionally, there is a gift shop at the restaurant where you can purchase books, pasta sauces, and other items. My wife took advantage of this and bought some gifts for our friends the next day. Given our incredible experience, we have already made plans to return to the hotel next year, and without a doubt, we will be booking another dinner at Don Alfonso 1890.

09/07/2024: If you are in the museum area and don't want the usual pizza I recommend Sushi Lab, everything here is really good. The thing I love most is Poké. The ingredients are all fresh and of excellent quality, the quantities dosed in the right proportions. The workmanship is all visible and the cleanliness is top. Young and friendly staff. Every time I pass through Naples I can't miss it!!! #fixedcustomer

04/07/2024: I found this restaurant by browsing on Google, I was told LET'S TRY IT, I did well, the food is good, it doesn't taste like anything from the fridge, it leaves a good taste in my mouth, the food arrived at my house, I didn't even wait. anyway, I gave the shop 5 stars even though I haven't been there yet but I think what reflects both the food and the service. I hope it stays that way regarding food and service, always improving but never getting worse. For the moment I think I'll always call them when I feel like sushi.

05/08/2024: I met Corte dei Massi through photos of friends present at a graduation party. For me it was love at first sight, I immediately felt that this would be the right place to celebrate my master's degree. At the first appointment we were welcomed by the very kind Sara, owner of the place, always present and attentive to our every need. During the party I was looked after by all the staff, who were super helpful and competent. Special mention to Giuseppe, the head nurse, very kind and super professional. Delicious food, unobtrusive speaker and very helpful photographer. As for the location, there are no words to describe it, it is a dream place. My guests were enchanted by such beauty and such attention to detail, throughout the event we breathed a magical air. For me it was like living a dream. A dream that I recommend everyone to live if they choose to celebrate at Corte dei Massi.

24/08/2024: I stayed with my family as guests at this hotel, an enchanting view of Sorrento that was "breathtaking", the sea, clean and modern rooms, silence, excellent hospitality, good food, rich breakfast. The hotel is equipped with a shuttle to the center of Sorrento, five minutes away by road.. During our stay we took an excursion proposed by the hotel to visit Positano and Amalfi, a wonderful experience, organized in every detail... I would recommend the hotel the Nest for anyone who wants to spend a nice holiday.."Rated 10 yes 10".
