You absolutely must try their spaghetti with mussels, lightly reddened by cherry tomatoes, and the mixed fried fish, not to mention the fried anchovies!!! You'll wake up feeling full and light, and the bill is too...

Best to book! A very beautiful place, with a direct view of the sea. It offers excellent, fresh, daily-caught food. It's best to ask what's off-menu for the specials (e.g., spaghetti with mussels). The waiters are always attentive and punctual, both in their service and with the various orders. Generous portions (trust the waiter/owner). We went here tonight for some fresh fish and were delighted. The food was excellent, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere was meticulously maintained. Il Gabbiano is a restaurant we've known for years; we used to spend summers with family dining at this wonderful restaurant. We no longer live in the area, and after a few years we returned because we were so confident in the food we ate, everything was very fresh. Kudos to the staff at Lo Gabbiano, they never disappoint. A restaurant with a long family tradition, excellent seafood cuisine, and very attentive yet discreet service. The mussels, spotless and fresh, deserve a special mention, just like in the photo! The archaeological park is still under maintenance, with archaeologists recovering the flooded mosaics. A visit is a must, even though the museum is closed for restoration.

A historic restaurant-pizzeria on the Schiavonea seafront (Corigliano-Rossano). The food is divine. The fish is always fresh, and the waiters offer excellent recommendations. The staff is friendly, polite, and always available. You can't go there without trying a plate of spaghetti with clams or a genuine seafood risotto.
