Everything is enhanced by a pleasant touch of humor and charm, measured and intelligent, which contributes to a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is the true protagonist: delicate and balanced dishes, crafted around noble, top-quality ingredients. Each course is enhanced by excellent, refined, and harmonious plating, pleasing the eye even before the palate. Also worthy of special mention is the extensive and carefully curated wine cellar, packed with prestigious labels and interesting discoveries, designed to expertly and sensitively complement the dishes, offering pairings worthy of the gastronomic offerings. Overall, a wonderful culinary experience, where the view, service, cuisine, and wine cellar interact in perfect harmony. 10/03/2026: I went with my wife on March 8th, International Women's Day. The fileda with lamb sauce was the best I've had in a long time. The place was clean and tidy. I'll definitely be back. A tip: since it was International Women's Day, a few sprigs of mimosa on the tables would have earned us an extra star. Antonio

31/10/2025: This restaurant is highly recommended and easy to find near the cathedral. The staff is very dedicated, and the cuisine is superb, featuring local specialists. The cipolle frites are divine, as is the tuna steak with a pistachio crust. The house red wine perfectly complements the culinary experience. We've been there twice and would gladly return. 😀

11/01/2026: We had lunch at the restaurant yesterday. What can I say, a fantastic experience! The food was excellent. We chose the tasting menu to be guided by the chef, and the result exceeded our expectations, starting with the first appetizer, the shrimp tartare, which was an explosion of flavors! The service was also excellent, with Domenico and Caterina taking care of us and making us feel at home at all times.

21/10/2025: I visited the previous location some time ago. Domenico Aquilino's passion shines through in his dishes, and even when he moves among the tables and chats with customers, his satisfaction is understandably evident. The seafood is based on fish. We started with a cod stick with a cream of peppers, caciocavallo cheese, and olives, which was delicious and beautifully presented. I also found the first course delicious: monkfish linguine with fresh cherry tomatoes and Taggiasca olives. The second course was also very satisfying: grilled gurnard, delicious. It's worth noting that he uses dry-aged fish, which was evident in the tenderness of the meat. The service was friendly and cheerful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The wine list focuses on Calabria with a good selection. Highly recommended.

20/03/2026: Delicious Father's Day dinner! Everything was delicious, but the first courses were truly exceptional! The spaghetti with cod and cruschi was incredibly delicious, and the lagana and chickpeas were excellent! The giancia melted in your mouth, and the homemade desserts were top-notch. It's always a pleasure to return. Highly recommended!

10/02/2026: I had lunch at Al Vecchio Mulino. The food was excellent, carefully prepared, and rich in flavor. But what struck me most was the infinite kindness of all the staff: attentive, smiling, and always available. The place was beautiful and welcoming. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

04/01/2026: We celebrated my birthday here after visiting the wonderful Musaba open-air museum in Mammola. The restaurant was welcoming and clean. The lunch, featuring pasta with traditional stockfish and meat dishes presented on a griddle, was excellent. The wait staff was helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Andrea and Ilenia.

08/02/2026: An excellent experience at the Alle Colonne Restaurant/Pub in Caulonia (RC). The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the staff is friendly and always available...you really feel at home...The pizzas are excellent, with a light dough and quality ingredients, as are the dishes, prepared with care and flavor, especially those from the Caulonia tradition. An ideal place to spend a pleasant evening, and more, with friends. Highly recommended!
