Each dish is a tribute to Calabrian culture, prepared with authentic ingredients and presented with the love of those who live their land every day. Giacomo and the rest of the team aren't just restaurateurs, they're true hosts: in an instant, they make you feel welcomed, pampered... just like at your grandparents' house, with that care and atmosphere that is increasingly rare today. I don't recommend specific dishes simply because... I've never managed to! I've been three times, and each time the off-menu options were so numerous, always different, and too tempting to miss. Every visit is a new experience, full of authentic flavors and daily surprises. A unique place, where every visit becomes a special memory. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic flavors, tradition, and a heartwarming welcome.

05/04/2025: A lovely little place where you can eat really well and with excellent value. The service is fast and the staff is very friendly; the location is a bit out of the way for non-locals, but it's a very charming place. Inside, it's a bit small but very intimate. An experience worth repeating. Highly recommended.

17/08/2025: If there were more stars, I'd give them all! Lemon tagliatelle with shrimp, spinach, and strawberry tartare, exquisite. The calamarata was super delicious. And the raw fish? Amazing...practically pied dans l'eau, a wonderful dinner.

11/08/2025: We had dinner on a Friday with a house meat appetizer and pizza. The location was very nice, the owner was very kind, and the staff was helpful. We were impressed with the quality of the food. Everything was excellent. The owner even offered us a tuna steak (excellent). I recommend this restaurant.

The family who runs this agriturismo is simply phenomenal; their hospitality, smiles, and opportunities for conversation are never lacking. The atmosphere was truly special: everything was family-run, and the food was exceptional, all prepared with their own locally sourced produce. During our stay, we participated in the agriturismo's organized activities, such as rafting and an adventure park. An authentic place, surrounded by nature, with good food and a warm welcome. Highly recommended!

08/08/2025: We went to the "Vecchio Porto" restaurant for our wedding anniversary. The seafood dishes were excellent, the raw fish was truly fresh and delicious, and the service was impeccable. 29/07/2025: After several attempts (once it was our fault, other times it was always packed), we finally managed to spend an evening at Ammasciata. We'd heard good things about it and were eager to try it. Let's start by saying that we enjoy Neapolitan pizza every once in a while, but when we decide to try it, it has to be high-quality and well-made, and Ammasciata's pizza has all of that. It's clear there's commitment, research, and a desire to please the customer, and this is a credit to the owner and pizza chef Luca, who is passionate about his work. To think that only when we happen to eat in Naples do we seek out Neapolitan pizza. The service was good, and the bill was excellent. Keep up the good work. Returning after some time, I stand by my previous review. They remain top-notch.

14/07/2025: I had a pleasant evening with my family, starting with a pizza tasting. My choice was excellent (three onions on tuna), a perfect combination with a delicate flavor that perfectly balanced the salty and sweet notes of the caramelized onions. My wife opted for the classic (Margherita), which she thoroughly enjoyed. My daughter, on the other hand, chose the crocche' pizza, beautifully presented with two beautiful crocche' on top. The crocche' were delicious, but she was a bit critical of the spit, which was a bit salty. I paired my pizzas with a spectacular Paulaner on tap, while the women had water served elegantly in glasses. After the pizza, we sampled a selection of desserts, all excellent (warm chocolate tart, pistachio and black cherry mousse, and cheesecake). I ended the evening with some bitters, which met my requests. I also compliment the girls serving the tables for their kindness, and I compliment whoever created all this, offering something special for our beautiful village. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different from the usual classic pizzas and pizzerias.

30/06/2025: Saturday June 28th I booked a table with 2 of my friends for 9:30 pm, at 9:30 pm the table was ready. Nice menu with many variations. Very good pizza, very high quality, efficient and fast service, also good and kind. What can I say, this Pizzeria is perfect, I recommend it.
