23/08/2025: Excellent bakery! I didn't try the desserts, unfortunately, but they look inviting. The rotisserie, pizza, and bread are top-notch! I think they're some of the best fried foods I've ever had in a bakery—impressive! If you're ever in the area, a stop is a must!

29/09/2025: Aftwer 2 weeks eating all over Calabria, this is the place that for me best defines the cuisine: great local ingredients, classically prepared with just the right amount of modern approach as to not become yet another one of those places that take Nonas food and throws asian spices in it.
Loved the Polpo con Patata, the Tuna Tataki was amazingly fresh and the Raviolo con Scampi was so simple and si flavourful with just a few ingredients: pasta, cream, scampi, spinach.
The bread they served reminded me of the one my grandma used to make 😀

06/10/2025: We’ve been to La Tavernatta twice during our stay in Calabria. Both times were absolutely wonderful!
I tried the Colorata pizza the first time and the Confit the second time - both were delicious, with a perfect, airy crust and fresh ingredients. The service was excellent: very friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
It’s a popular place and was completely full both times, so I definitely recommend making a reservation in advance. Parking is available along the street. The menu offers a huge variety of pizzas, and they’re happy to make modifications without any problem.
All in all, a fantastic spot - highly recommended! 🍕

A variety of sandwiches and main dishes are available, including several vegetarian options. Great for motorbikers: you can park on the side of the road and easily keep an eye on your luggage!

The stockfish was prepared in every way. The icing on the cake was a complimentary house liqueur (produced in-house) flavored with licorice and mandarin. Highly recommended.

29/09/2025: We stayed at this wonderful place for a dear friend's wedding, and it was a truly unforgettable experience!
The venue is stunning: spacious, meticulously maintained, with elegant brick houses housing the various rooms. Luckily, it was summer, so we were able to enjoy the outdoor spaces—simply incredible.
The garden is a true gem: manicured hedges, stone paths, lemon trees, and lush greenery everywhere. An enchanting, almost fairytale-like atmosphere.
The buffet was a delightful surprise: lavish and of the highest quality, with an impressive variety ranging from meat to fish, from cured meats to cheeses, pizzas, raw fish, and much more.
Dinner, served at your table, began with a truly spectacular entrance by the waiters, accompanied by a perfectly chosen soundtrack that made the moment even more moving.
The food? Simply delicious, from start to finish.
A venue we highly recommend for any type of event: elegant, refined, and magical.
