Excellent restaurant, where it is possible to eat various dishes based on stockfish and also meat and other fish. During my visit I ate the mixed rustic appetizer which included a selection of cured meats and cheeses, a meatball (very good), a stuffed aubergine and a portion of aubergine parmigiana; for the price of the dish I judged it to be very good with adequate quantities. First I ordered the caserecce with porcini mushrooms, the mushrooms were very fresh, calloused and fragrant, the flavor was adequate and the pasta was well priced; I also tasted the hats with walnut sauce: the stuffed pasta was very tasty and the cream had a slight hint of walnuts, there was little cinnamon and therefore the flavor was lost, in general this was also a good dish; I continued tasting the first courses with the stockfish with salted ricotta: the pasta was cooked well (in general the cooking was adequate for all the first courses), the stockfish had a good flavor but was slightly too savory, the spicy note was well balanced. For the second course I took the roasted stockfish with porcini mushrooms with a side of vegetables (on that occasion they were potatoes): the mushrooms were excellent, the same quality as those eaten in the first course, the stockfish was roasted to perfection, you could feel the embers and also a light smokiness, the only flaw was the stockfish had been desalted too much, the potatoes were really delicious. We also took a Calabrian sparkling white wine which was also very good and went very well with what we ate. To finish a bottle of sweet sparkling wine that accompanied a cake brought to us (which was kindly cut and served to us free of charge, which is not something everyone does), the sparkling wine was really good. In our group there were also two children who ate pasta with sauce and cutlet with potatoes. I highly recommend the porcini mushroom pasta because it was truly phenomenal. The prices are very affordable, as you can see on the receipt we spent €220 for 9 of us with wine and sparkling wine which translates into around €30 each which for the quality of the food served is a truly competitive figure. The staff is kind and helpful, they fulfilled every request quickly, furthermore the service was fast and in about 2 hours we finished dinner and took some photos. The very kind owner. Outside the venue it is very easy to find parking for your car. I highly recommend going here to eat excellent quality dishes without spending a lot.

21/08/2023: Un locale caratteristico immerso in una vecchia cantina offre dell'ottimo cibo della tradizione calabrese. Ottima la pasta fatta in casa con il ragù di suino nero e guanciale e davvero squisita la grigliata mista di carne! I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili e ti fanno sentire subito a casa! Visitate la bella Stilo e poi rigeneratevi al meglio qui! Bravissimi!
05/08/2023: Siamo stati in questo locale con amici, il proprietario gentilissimo ma il cibo la sorpresa più bella, materie prime eccellenti e sapienza nel cucinarli. Complimenti.
