07/05/2026: A very positive experience. Finally, a piadineria unlike any other, where, in addition to speed, there's also attention to flavors and combinations. The piadinas are well-filled, freshly prepared, and truly flavorful, with ingredients that make all the difference. The atmosphere is casual yet pleasant, ideal for a lunch stop or an evening snack while exploring the center of Matera. I especially appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the care taken in preparing each order. Satisfying portions, reasonable prices, and superior quality compared to many other similar establishments. A place that leaves a good impression and is worth a try.

26/05/2026: The two of us went for an aperitivo and ordered two Estathés with some appetizers. Total: €18. To be honest, I found it to be extremely overpriced for what was served: very small portions and two simple drinks, nothing to justify such an expense. The staff was friendly, and that deserves our praise, but their courtesy isn't enough to compensate for the quality/price ratio, which, in my opinion, is decidedly disproportionate. In many large cities, I've paid less for more generous and carefully prepared aperitivos. A disappointing experience. I don't think we'll be back, given the final bill.

11/07/2026: It was closed, even though it said "We're open" on the door...the phone number was unreachable. We settled on another place, which was very good.

05/07/2026: Osaka Sushi Matera – We stumbled upon this place by accident because our kids were craving sushi. It turned out to be a stunning underground restaurant carved into the rock, with a wonderfully cool atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. For just €20 per adult (€10 per child), you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat menu with an incredible selection of sushi, noodles, dumplings, seafood, and many other dishes. We ordered a huge variety of items from all across the menu, and every single dish was absolutely fantastic. The fish was exceptionally fresh and of outstanding quality. They also offer a great selection of drinks. We were absolutely delighted with the entire experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Matera!

14/06/2026: Small portions, unfriendly waiters. Toilet wouldn't flush, 3 slices of bread for 4 people. Not recommended.

09/06/2026: Disappointing! The pizza was crunchy and tasteless, and the mille-feuille with seasonal fruit had lost its leaves and fruit.

27/10/2025: Extremely professional and GOOD quality food and wine, including free beer. Although a few months ago, the pastry/deli was tastier. The space needs updating. The exterior needs to be equipped with heat lamps. THE SLOT MACHINE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED!!!! Excellent gift items. Large selection of spirits over the counter. Excellent payment services for utilities and other items, including debit cards, cards, etc. Large selection of tobacco products. The restrooms are inconvenient, but always very clean. Interesting logistics.

06/05/2026: Terrible experience. 3 days of pasta and tomato served on plastic plates. The sauce was sour, the pasta was lacking. The main course was cutlet and chips or sausage and mashed potatoes. Inedible!

04/11/2025: Dinner with my wife, fantastic seafood scialatielli, definitely the best I've ever had. The pizza was also excellent, while my wife had sole and, according to her, was satisfied. The house white wine was decent and well-suited to the seafood. The service was informal but not intrusive. If you arrive early or, better yet, make a reservation, you can dine on the terrace. The price was more than fair. I can't rate the hotel as I only had dinner there, but I can say that the hotel guests who were there for dinner seemed satisfied.

08/02/2026: Rude and unwelcoming staff, plus €6 for a Margherita pizza that was inedible, not worth it.
