Osaka Sushi Matera – We stumbled upon this place by accident because our kids were craving sushi. It turned out to be a stunning underground restaurant carved into the rock, with a wonderfully cool atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. For just €20 per adult (€10 per child), you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat menu with an incredible selection of sushi, noodles, dumplings, seafood, and many other dishes. We ordered a huge variety of items from all across the menu, and every single dish was absolutely fantastic. The fish was exceptionally fresh and of outstanding quality. They also offer a great selection of drinks. We were absolutely delighted with the entire experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Matera!

Amazing food, atmosphere is great and the service is incredible. You pay once per person and eat whatever you want.

All-you-can-eat sushi with a unique twist. The restaurant is essentially built into a rock face. A highlight not only for the ambiance but also for the food 🤤. Above all, everything was fresh! Very friendly staff, but sometimes the wrong order is delivered, so always double-check that what you ordered is correct.

It was incredibly delicious! The fried noodles, fried rice, sushi, and sashimi were all authentic and very reasonably priced. It was especially suited to Chinese palates. The owner was also very friendly and even gave us a discount.

Compared to other all-you-can-eat restaurants, this one offers limited menu choices, and the quality of the fish leaves much to be desired. The main courses are also limited, and the raw fish is questionable. The price is average.
