In my opinion, the points in its favor are: the breakfast (excellent and plentiful), the location (not too crowded and not far from the main streets and squares), the friendliness and kindness of the owner.

Very nice, charming rooms with classic furnishings. Breakfast was excellent, offering everything from savory to sweet. The desserts were made entirely by the owner, who was also incredibly kind. What can I say? A wonderful experience!

We stayed over New Year's Eve. Everything was very quaint, the room was wonderful, inside a beautifully furnished stone building. We had a wonderful time, from the welcome to the comfort of the building, with a dream view as soon as you step out of the room. Highly recommended.

A wonderful experience in a genuine Matera stone, equipped with everything, even a toothbrush and toothpaste kit! Perfect location, within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was just like the one at your grandmother's house: homemade cakes, biscuits, and tarts with a savory twist, yogurt, and fruit juices. I highly recommend it; the owner is very friendly.

07/01/2026: Highly recommended, lunch on January 5th was excellent. I highly recommend it. They didn't give us a menu with prices, but we had no unpleasant surprises; the quality of the food and service was excellent for the price. Thanks to the owner for the orecchiette pasta made for our baby, they were truly delicious. The ravioli with creamed peppers were delicious, and the cod was delicious, with a very balanced flavor and fennel sauce. Go there, it's top-notch cuisine!
17/09/2025: It is located near the magnificent abbey...in a charming medieval street....a quiet place.... We were welcomed by the legendary Giuseppe...a kind person...attention to the smallest details in the entire management of the inn....an excellent chef...we ate very well....the table service was taken care of by a very polite girl...attentive and helpful....our applause is well deserved....we wish Giuseppe many recognitions and successes... Daniela and Giuseppe
