The fried food is good, the pizza is good in terms of toppings, but the dough is a little hard to chew.
15/12/2025: I was there last night to enjoy two of the best pizzas I've ever eaten... Modern place with the right lighting, that is, soft waiters always present and I repeat excellent pizzas... I'm Francesco from Cerignola, the motorcyclist passing by... I suffered a bit from the cold on the way back 😅 but it was worth it... we'll definitely see each other again

17/09/2025: We stumbled upon this ice cream shop by chance. I was struck by the elegance of the place and then by the ice cream. The flavors are different from the usual and delicious. Delicate yet enveloping. Go and savor these delicacies, you won't regret it!
04/09/2025: Located next to the Antico Frantoio restaurant, it's one of the best gelaterias in Bernalda. We had granitas there the two nights we stayed there. It's well-maintained and has an attractive display case. Prices are reasonable. Both the gelato and granita are definitely worth trying. I highly recommend it.

19/09/2025: A beautiful little cove with pebbles, surrounded by rocks and a small cave with blue reflections inside. Nine-tenths of the small beach is occupied by a beach club with umbrellas and loungers, a bar, and a small restaurant. Four stars for the limited space left for public beach.

Patrizia and her sisters are the best and they welcomed me with open arms and let me sign up for an amazing bread-making lesson I'll never forget! I also learned about the history of the famous Matera bread, and we had a tasting of different focaccia, wine, and pastries. I will be back to try everything in this bakery!

They also offer first and second courses.
For a quick lunch at very reasonable prices.
Everything I ate at this bakery was good.
It made our holiday in Policoro more enjoyable.
We will definitely return to this bakery.

As Milanese, we know a thing or two about this. A special shout-out to Marianna for the passion with which she explained their products to us.

30/11/2025: We went out for pizza last night, there were 4 of us.... 3 pizzas and a calzone.. Pizzas burnt on the edges and raw in the middle, the calzone had shredded mozzarella (raw) and raw mushrooms... The wait was a bit long..

Soft, light, and flavorful pizza, with a super-digestible dough that doesn't leave you feeling heavy. Fairly priced for truly exceptional quality.
It's essential to book well in advance, especially for takeout, but also to secure a free table.
The only drawback: the place is quite small, and on peak days the wait for your pizza can be long, understandably so, given that the pizza chef works alone.
With some help in the kitchen and a larger space, the service could really improve further.
