It all began about 25 years ago, even professionally, for Lucanian director Giampiero Francese, who returned last year to direct the Cinespettacolo "La Storia Bandita" in the Grancia Park of Brindisi Montagna.

26/08/2025: Grandma Anna, who is in her 90s, is an exceptional pizza maker. Here, you won't find the usual popular brands, but something more refined, especially regarding the pizza ingredients and beers. Each pizza is a work of art, which takes a little more time than at the usual pizzerias we're used to.

19/09/2025: L'Eco del Fiume was a pleasant surprise, and we'll definitely be back. We dined exclusively on cod, the house specialty. Both the appetizer and the main course, carefully selected for us by the owner, were truly well-cooked and tasty. Next time, we plan to try the meat menu. Kudos to the owner for creating such a high-quality establishment.

31/08/2025: Let's just say I would have liked a more unique sauce for the first course. But I still appreciated the gluten-free penne with tomato sauce. Then there was an excellent meat stew and the jacket potato. The pistachio dessert was amazing. Interesting grappas. All of this was absolutely gluten-free. They were excellent. For those with gluten, they made fabulous ricotta ravioli. It's definitely a place I'll return to.

We chose Grand Hotel Villa Cirigliano for our wedding, living in Tuscany, and it wasn't a "dream" but a stunning and wonderful REALITY. Certainly for all couples, the wedding venue is perfect, and every location and reception hall is unique in its beauty, like Villa Cirigliano. But what made the difference for us were the people, the human connection, the sensitivity, the feeling of being at home, among family, and then the preparation, the great professionalism, the kindness, the utmost availability. Here we truly found everything and more! From the first meeting with the director, Paolo Falcone, it was a sure choice, meeting the very sweet Maria Teresa, the host Franco, his daughter Anna, and all their impeccable staff. They were a great guide for us, super available to answer any of our questions, requests, or concerns. "We felt at peace throughout the entire preparations, but that day was truly perfect, thanks to their presence, their preparation, and the immense affection they gave us, carrying out impeccable organization even in places we hadn't expected." Maître d' Pino Toscano pampered us at every moment with his supreme efficiency, ensuring that nothing was missing for us or our guests, with a rare serenity. And last but not least, the renowned Chef Mario De Muro, who behind the scenes conducted a symphony of dishes, carefully chosen for us, that not only delighted the eye, but above all delighted and enchanted everyone's palate, without ever weighing us down, despite their abundance and deliciousness! A huge thank you to all the staff and the wonderful people who made our day unforgettable, special, a day to remember with smiles and love. We recommend them to all future spouses. They truly are a guarantee! They conveyed a sense of security, tranquility, professionalism, and thorough preparation from the first meeting, and it continued to the very end! Other very important pluses for us were the perfect distribution of the areas, starting with the welcome in the beautifully manicured Magnolia Garden for the outdoor aperitif, followed by the spacious and perfectly lit indoor dining/dinner room, and concluding with the cake cutting, entertainment, and dancing in the third area with a spectacular, colorful pool and more. Having rooms available on the first floor for all our guests who came from far away, and the bridal suite, was a wonderful confirmation of our choice. 24/09/2025: The food was quite good, although some dishes were undercooked, salty, and a little burned. There were only two waiters for the entire restaurant, so much so that at one point we had to go get water directly from the counter.

05/09/2025: My boyfriend and I were here and it was a truly enjoyable evening. The atmosphere is welcoming, simple yet refined. We started with a platter of excellent cured meats, followed by delicious arrosticini, bombette, and meatballs with caramelized onion, which confirmed the authenticity of the cuisine. The pizza al ruoto was also delicious. Highly recommended for a dinner with family or friends.
