25/12/2024: I was completely satisfied with my experience at "Ristorante di Fiore". From the moment we entered, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, always available to satisfy every need with a smile. The service was quick, but never made us feel rushed. Moving on to the food, each dish was a true masterpiece. The raw materials were very fresh, and you could clearly feel the attention paid to the choice of ingredients.

Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, complimenti, tutta la vostra zona con la vostra cortesia ed il vostro paesaggio, merita tantissimo, inoltre sapete trattare bene i turisti sia con i vostri prodotti locali, sia per prezzi giusti che offrite.

01/01/2025: New Year 2025 My expectations for New Year's Eve were very high, thanks to the beauty and elegance of the venue, but I must admit with regret that the experience was not up to par. The quality-price ratio was decidedly unsatisfactory: the cost of €80 per person is not justifiable either for the quality of the food or for the service or entertainment. The dishes, in my opinion, were often poor and poorly prepared. The fish did not seem to be of excellent quality and the dishes were sometimes served cold, which compromised the taste and pleasure of the dinner. I understand the difficulty in managing a large number of people during such an important event, but I believe that the solution would have been to limit the available seats to ensure a better experience for all diners. I would also like to point out the vegetarian menu chosen by a friend of mine, which I consider truly unacceptable: extremely poor, not very creative and absolutely not up to par. It's a real shame, because the place has enormous potential and an atmosphere that deserves much more. I hope this review is taken as a starting point for improvement, because with a few adjustments the place could offer an experience that lives up to expectations

27/06/2024: As a specialty I recommend the "Nuns' tits". This dessert produced by Vignola has a very delicate taste. It turns out that it's wonderful even at the end of the meal. The staff is very patient and courteous. Clean and essential furnishings. Parking spaces are adjacent to the pastry shop.

All delicious and with an excellent quality/price ratio, also considering that they use quality local products (such as mozzarella): bread (the packaged version is also excellent), focaccia, panzerotti and taralli (the ones with onion and raisins are worth mentioning). Applause also goes to Michele, who serves behind the counter, and is always kind. Keep it up!

25/01/2025: Now a fixed stop, every time I'm in Matera I don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a piece of tart, drink a coffee or just say hello to the very kind and friendly owners! For two years I have been happy to be, unfortunately, an occasional customer. If I were from Matera I would come every day.

24/08/2024: Sono tornato in questo posto per un pranzo domenicale in famiglia, l’ agriturismo era pieno sia dentro che fuori dal locale, eppure sia il servizio che la bontà dei piatti non ne hanno risentito minimamente, era tutto molto buono, segnalo la pasta con salsiccia e peperoni cruschi… eccezionale! Questo posto è una garanzia, ci tornerò sicuramente e quanto prima

31/01/2025: Just a couple of issues in one sitting: -> Hair in our Bruscetta. -> The worst Aglio e Olio we ever ate. Really... We came here for the Aglio mostly... What a shame ~~~ -> Two additional charges on the bill. (Bruscetta which we refused because of the hair and a random water we didn't order.) -> Upon disputing the additional charges the total still didn't match, haha...
