Time Bridge In Sasso di castalda

Sasso di Castalda, a beautiful Lucanian village of not even 1000 souls, worth seeing... I love it... I go back and return from Puglia. Yet, incredibly, I had never been here: fatal mistake. Obviously a matter of taste but personally I love this type of place: a lot of wood is already a nice business card for a brewery... in an instant you're in Scotland drinking a nice beer... and what a beer... and blues from the speakers. .Paradise in Earth.. Honestly, I didn't expect to find this choice of beers when they advised me to drop by and instead I was guilty of doubting. Selected, highly selected beers and if by chance you don't know which to choose, don't worry, the owner is ready to give you all the necessary explanations and to advise. By the way, the place was full and I think there were only two of them serving but my friends and I were shocked by how they handled the situation: impeccable both in terms of timing and in asking questions, incredible, in two... that is, the owner served alone all the tables, shop assistants, poured beers and went down to the bottom floor at the counter... that is, my friend, truly compliments. Obviously if you drink well, you have to eat well and here, yes, you also eat very well.. Pulled pork, Lucanian sandwich, hot dog, onion rings, french fries, etc... three of us proved that we really liked it... A quality venue, honestly difficult to find even in cities much, much larger than this pearl set in stone.. Indeed, in a stone. 100% recommended PS: Don't look at the price range indicated... we really exaggerated... really... but how do you do it... refined beers for €5... that is, but where do you find them...

Birra da veri intenditori. Una varietà di scelta incredibile abbinata a buon cibo. Antipasti vari e panini/hamburger per tutti i gusti. Assolutamente da provare il panino con carne sfilacciata di maiale e rosti di patate… spettacolare! Il servizio e la competenza del proprietario nel consigliare la birra in base alle richieste di ognuno di noi ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Ottimo pub per gli amanti delle birre, veramente forniti e con personale cortese e preparato! Gli antipasti sono ottimi mentre i panini semplici, forse gli hamburger non sono eccellenti come il resto delle pietanze ma si sente che gli ingredienti sono tutti freschi, locali e gli abbinamenti non banali. Siamo rimasti colpiti dal proprietario che ha saputo consigliarci con il sorriso delle ottime birre da degustare, sicuramente il loro modo di fare è un valore aggiunto. Se amate le birre lasciatevi guidare e sperimentate! Aggiorno la recensione, abbiamo appena assaggiato una birra che ci ha regalato, siamo per un attimo tornati con il cuore in Basilicata.
