Dopo diverse esperienze non fa altro che riconfermarsi il nostro ristorante di sushi preferito. I proprietari sono molto e sanno come guidarti nel percorso gastronomico. Roll fantastici fantastici,molto affascinante è l’ accostamento della tradizione giapponese con quella lucana. Carta dei vini molto dettagliata e dolci superlativi.

It's not "all you can eat". Here the sushi is at a gourmet level and this is also reflected in the price, which is in any case adequate for the high quality offered. The sushi are all revisited in the Italian style and the combinations of ingredients and flavors are refined and well researched. The service is kind, friendly and above all fast considering the amount of orders and the fact that the place was full. In terms of atmosphere, we're there, but I found it a little too dark: the right balance between light and shadow should have been sought here too. Maybe some lamps. For the rest everything was clean and pleasant. There are no problems parking the car outside.

Super delicious dishes, difficult to go back to "all you can eat" mode after eating here.

Quando la cucina è di alto livello ci sono pochissime cose da dire. La materia prima è di qualità eccellente e viene trattata con grande rispetto, anche gli abbinamenti sono sorprendenti. Si intuisce tutto lo studio e l'impegno che c'è dietro i piatti. Non vedo l'ora di tornare a Potenza per poter andare di nuovo da Torii e rimangiare quei meravigliosi uramaki con chips di mela.

Personal place and food for me from 10 stars 5 are too few. Staff that pamper you and food that does the same to your palate. Highly recommended place to say the least. At least once in your life you need to treat yourself to a cuddle from Torii. Congratulations to everyone, keep it up.

I've always had a certain repulsion in going to these "sushi" restaurants, perhaps also because I don't eat seafood, but I have to say that this establishment is the best! Don't expect a "you can eat", in this restaurant you can enjoy portions of high quality food prepared very well, the right combination of Italian management and cleanliness and oriental culinary art not for all budgets. Be wary of the management and "you can eat" of purely Chinese sushi also because I remind you that sushi is Japanese culinary art! :-)
