30/05/2025: The most delicious steak I have ever had. I had the bistecca florentina and it was so juicy, flavorful and just melt in your mouth. The staff were friendly and explained the menu. They have a set menu at a decent price but I just had to try the bistecca and it was worth the expense

26/05/2025: Meat with a capital C. You can tell that the owner is truly passionate about his job and knows what he puts on the plates of his customers. I had never tried the Florentine Simmenthal. It's certainly not the cheapest place to enjoy a steak, but it's definitely worth the slightly higher than average cost. I'll be back.

23/05/2025: La fiorentina cotta a legna è buonissima. Il servizio è più unico che raro, coccolati con antipasto, contorni e dolce. Non si può rimanere delusi.

19/05/2025: Sono ritornata ancora una volta a cenare da Bisteccatoscana con degli amici e come sempre non ha deluso le mie aspettative!! Antipasti sfiziosissi, bistecca buonissima e un dolce finale, per non parlare della vasta selezione di vini tra cui scegliere. Personale puntuale, gentile ed attento ai minimi dettagli. Ci ritorneremo presto!!

26/04/2025: Fantastic experience! Restaurant in the center, easily reachable on foot, walking through the characteristic alleys of Asciano. Very particular location, spacious and made of stone like the local buildings. Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious typical dishes, with a unique flavour. The meat was excellent, freshly cut and cooked perfectly. Highly recommended!!!

22/04/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo diversi anni in questo locale in centro storico di Asciano, una delle specialità è la fiorentina, cotta magistralmente dal proprietario Lucio. Cottura rigorosamente al sangue. Personale di servizio molto gentile ed accurato. La fiorentina 5,50€ l’etto ... sono spesi bene. Eravamo in 8 persone, abbiamo preso 2 fiorentine da 2,3 e 2,5kg, giuste per otto. Top! Molto disponibile il signor Lucio per due chiacchere e alcune foto con la bisteccona. Locale consigliato. Parcheggio gratuito appena fuori le mura a 150m dal locale.

As a chef who cooks Italian food in Korea, this trip was not just a simple rest, but also a journey to experience and learn about the ‘local taste’ firsthand. But this place…it’s really so delicious. You absolutely must try the gnocchi, and you absolutely must finish with the panna cotta. It’s just…so delicious. On top of that, the owners are really, really kind. The man speaks Korean well and even says “Ttabong👍”! The woman also welcomed me so warmly, which made me feel secure. Later, when I run my own restaurant, I thought I wanted to capture this kind of atmosphere and warmth. It was an unforgettable meal during my trip. Very good appetizers but above all his majesty the Chianti steaks, excellent, well cooked and very very tasty, even the desserts are very good, medium-high prices, but as they say, if you want to eat a lot you have to pay. Congratulations to the owners, we will definitely return to eat the steak.

Exceptional Fiorentina, grilled and cooked perfectly, as only Paolo (grandson of Nandone) knows how to do! Special appetizers and homemade desserts. However, you need to organize yourself to book well in advance! Everyone was happy!

05/05/2025: For me it is one of the most characteristic places in our area. The food is traditional from Tuscany and also from Castellina, always cooked with abundance. They don't charge for the service, which is rare if not unique in our area. Now that they have also opened an outdoor area it can also be used in the summer... There are often musical shows with interesting groups or solo singers.
