06/06/2026: The atmosphere is quite nice, the noise is moderate, the food wasn't great, the pizzas were burnt, some had no flavor, some fries were half raw, and the dough was hard, the service was terrible; the waitress was very rude, taking it out on some of my friends, and we had to wait 40 minutes for our pizzas. The quality/price ratio doesn't match, it was a very unpleasant experience, I wouldn't go back. And the worst thing is that the receipt isn't fiscal.

06/06/2026: Unpleasant experience, overall nice atmosphere, rude and unpolite staff, a 54-minute wait for 4 pizzas is paradoxical considering the quality of the latter, pizzas half raw with burnt edges, chips on the pizza of poor quality and raw, not to mention the slices of salami on the pizza that could be counted on the fingers of one hand, overall disastrous experience, on top of which the receipt was not the fiscal one.

18/04/2026: I went to this pizzeria with my son, but unfortunately, the experience was very negative. We ordered a Margherita with salami and a parmigiana pizza. The salami was sliced ​​excessively thickly (about 2 cm), making the pizza unappealing and difficult to eat. The parmigiana was even worse: the eggplant was obviously spoiled. It wasn't just my impression, as a customer sitting next to us also returned her pizza for the same problem. I reported the situation to a red-haired woman (I don't know what her role was), but the response I received was unacceptable: I was told I would still have to pay and that, if they remade the pizza, I could throw it away because it wasn't their problem. An unprofessional and disrespectful attitude toward the customer. I tried to point out the seriousness of the situation, also regarding the quality of the food, but no one listened. However, I would like to point out that the pizza chefs and a service girl were helpful and kind, trying to handle the situation as best they could. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place.

11/04/2026: Service: We ordered pizzas, served one at a time. The caraoche was turned up so loud that it distorted the music. The pizzas left much to be desired. Poor quality for the price.

28/05/2026: Excellent burger joint, superior quality sandwich and fries compared to others, everything fresh and good, pleasant and comfortable location, impeccable and friendly service!

08/05/2026: Everything was excellent, authentic American fast food, top-quality. We'll be back for the chicken strips!!

10/11/2025: My stomach has been hurting for three days. Pronto Pizza, an extraordinary pizzeria, is 50 meters away. Everything here was terrible; the oil was fluorescent and the pesto was unspeakable. The only good thing was the lovely waitress who always brought ice-cold beers. The octopus was sour, and the potato and Norcia pizza tasted like it was made with cockroach flour. It ruined not only my Saturday night, but my entire weekend. Afterward, I went downtown to get drunk to forget the terrible experience (I went to Bar Fanfulla, undoubtedly the best bar in Barletta). This pizzeria is a NAS nightmare.

18/10/2025: Poor ingredients and terrible service. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

14/07/2026: I bought chicken to go and everything was fine, but unfortunately the cake (3 milks) tasted sour, I tried calling the restaurant and they didn't answer.

22/06/2026: My family and I went to eat at this restaurant as a three-person group. We were initially greeted warmly by a member of staff who was kind and helpful. The wait for our food was about 10-15 minutes, so it was pretty normal. I ordered a chaufa and I have to say I really enjoyed it: it was tasty and well-prepared. Unfortunately, however, there were several problems with the other dishes. My mother's dish, which contained yuca, had a very unpleasant, almost fermented, odor. We also ordered a leche de tigre, which arrived far too sour. We politely asked for a replacement, but the second portion also had the same problem, so much so that we ended up not being able to eat it. During service, the waitress who was attending us seemed very busy, so we turned to another waiter to ask for salsas and canchita. The first time, he completely ignored us, even though he looked at us as we called him. The second time, he quickly walked past our table, simply saying "wait," and then stopped without doing anything. This attitude left us quite disappointed. Finally, during the meal, several flies began to circle the table, which made the experience even less pleasant. It's a shame, because some of the dishes were good and the initial welcome was positive, but overall the experience was rather unpleasant.
