20/10/2025: I would like to sincerely thank all the staff, especially Mrs. Valentina, for their kindness and promptness. During dinner, I suddenly felt unwell and fainted. In a moment of panic and great discomfort, the staff immediately intervened with calm, thoughtfulness, and humanity. They assisted me with great care, reassuring me and making me feel safe until I recovered. I will never forget their helpfulness and sensitivity. Beyond the good food and welcoming atmosphere, what really makes the difference are the people—and I found some extraordinary ones here. Thank you so much. ❤️

07/12/2025: I stumbled upon this brewery by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The place is very cute, with details that will appeal to those who, like me, love Japanese manga and anime. The food is good, with excellent options even for vegetarians like me (no, not the usual grilled vegetables, but delicious veggie burgers and much more!). There's a wide variety of beers: the ones I received were all delicious! Finally, the staff were very friendly and the quality/price ratio was excellent. I highly recommend this place, which is absolutely on par with other breweries in the city.

13/09/2025: This restaurant is located not far from the center of Monopoli. Passing by often, I noticed this place was always empty. Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to give it a try. I can say it's a very underrated place, but I don't understand the reasoning! What does this place have that others don't? I'd say, nothing! The meat is excellent, including cuts that are difficult to find elsewhere (diaphragm of various animals and goose breast). Everything I tried (sandwiches, meatballs, meat, and fries) was delicious and high-quality, and they also offer a wide variety of sandwiches. The service was fast. The staff and owners were kind, friendly, and very helpful. The atmosphere was modern and had a Japanese anime theme. Images of famous anime and manga characters were displayed on the walls. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

30/12/2025: I went with friends, there were 3 of us, the restaurant wasn't full, but it was very cold. Even the neighboring tables complained about the cold. If I have to go out to eat on a winter evening, I shouldn't suffer from the cold. Overall, the service was good, the guy who served us was kind. I hadn't been there for years, but I have to say that the quality has deteriorated slightly, the meat in the beef BBQ wasn't great.

29/12/2025: I would have also considered the rest, if despite the reservation 24 hours in advance they had at least let me sit in that place that welcomed us telling us that there was no room for the 4 of us🤷‍♂️

11/01/2026: Extremely slow service. It takes at least 20 minutes to wait for a portion of ribs or fries or anything else. The ribs aren't good. I don't recommend it. Instead, go to the MC 2 minutes away.

09/11/2025: Absolutely unsuitable as a restaurant. It's impossible to communicate with your fellow diners, the music is incredibly loud. They didn't take down our reservation, even though I recognize their willingness and willingness to find a solution. The table wasn't set, and there were no silverware on the plate. Then, given the late hour they had set, they started serving food continuously, leaving no time for anyone to eat. All this in an impossible din. The food was average. An experience not to be repeated.

14/01/2026: I come here often, always fast service, I recommend being able to consider the choice, (at the customer's discretion) of a second side dish instead of chips.

18/12/2025: Yesterday at dinner everything was excellent except the cash register which was incredibly slow, it's not the first time.

30/01/2026: It's a classic American steakhouse/barbecue chain, with a menu focused on cuts of meat, ribs, and burgers. They offer a variety of options, with daily specials, and are well-known for their products. Personally, I find this location very convenient and particularly appealing due to its excellent location at the entrance to Varese. It's also generally very quiet and peaceful, which is why I often consider it. It's very spacious, there's always room, convenient parking, and there's even an outdoor children's area. The staff is very friendly and quick with their service.

23/01/2026: After a while of not frequenting this place, we recently started coming back. We've found both the food and the atmosphere to be much better. Special praise goes to the waitress Veronica, whose discreet presence and kindness liven up the dinner experience. We highly recommend a visit.

03/03/2025: Pizza was okay, service was okay. BUT €35 for a pizza, Coke, and coffee. Unfortunately, the owner was very rude.

05/10/2025: I'm sorry to say this, but the pizza was incredibly salty. I ordered a 4-cheese pizza. I even asked for cherry tomatoes, but they added bruschetta tomatoes with oregano, oil, and a lot of salt. I took it all off and told the waitress. Inedible, the pizza tasted like a piadina. If it had been in my hometown, I don't want to say anything else. Disappointed.

04/10/2025: Overall, I was satisfied with the experience. The atmosphere was comfortable and meticulously maintained. The cut of meat wasn't cooked to my specifications. The staff was friendly.

07/09/2025: The location is very interesting. Service is friendly but slow and a bit imprecise. Food is average.

13/08/2025: Perhaps the most beautiful summer venue if you're staying in the city. Located beneath the historic walls of the public promenade, it extends along the length of the square, accessible from the end of Corso Italia or from the Faxhall parking lot. Divided into two areas, a pizzeria/restaurant and a lounge serving aperitivo and after-dinner drinks, often featuring themed evenings and DJs. The food and cocktails are of the highest quality. The young staff and well-maintained location include awnings in case of rain and plants to protect from the summer heat. LED lighting highlights the splendid historic walls. Disabled access and impeccable restrooms are available.

29/12/2025: We went on January 27th for an aperitif, we were greeted by informing us that the beer dispenser was out of order, we ordered a grilled mortadella with lime and buffalo mozzarella to start but it arrived cold, without buffalo mozzarella but with a generic spicy cheese, we ordered a carpaccio but after half an hour we were told that it was not available, we ordered a Hugo but after that an ingredient was not available.... It's a shame because the place is very nice but the management and the prices need to be completely reviewed.

27/12/2025: I went for dinner last night. The waiters were knowledgeable and excellent. The beef burgers were excellent, and the steak was sublime. The owner was cheerful and came to the table to ask if everything was okay. I'll go again.
