05/10/2025: I'm referring to the response to (pankaki soski's) review. I was there too, and denying the obvious seems unprofessional, especially with the words you used. It's what you call it. If we want to dot the i's, the change was only made for one pizza, namely the stuffed crust. The beers weren't 7-8, but 4. We asked for the candle; you, the person writing this, were obviously not informed! The pizzas are objectively not worth what you're asking for. The review was written with discretion and without offending, as you did. I repeat, it's what you call it based on your response. Ask yourself why there were only a handful of us that Saturday. I came about two years ago, and it wasn't like that; you've obviously changed the pizza maker or the food. That said, if I have to put myself on your level, "you buy it and you come."

10/09/2025: We came one evening with family and sat outside, forgetting that they didn't have any awning lighting (the absence was justified by a storm that hadn't happened recently). They still made us sit in the dark area, without considering that eating in the dark isn't ideal. We even asked for a candle in the center of the table, but we were told they didn't have any. We were asked to move and we sat under the wall, but until then everything was fine. We ordered pizzas and beers (Leffe 33cl for a modest €6, but that was also our fault in not seeing the price on the menu). We waited 40 minutes for the first three pizzas and were alone when we arrived. And then after another 10-15 minutes, more pizzas arrived, while by then the first ones had already gone cold. The next day, in the end, none of us felt well; there was obviously something wrong with the toppings. The crust was nonexistent and crunchy, not like the typical Caserta pizza. The chips on the pizza were burnt and stale, as if they'd been fried first and then reheated in the oven to keep them warm... For 6 pizzas like these and the service, €100 isn't worth it in my opinion. Maybe it's worth trying as a grill and restaurant :|

10/11/2025: My stomach has been hurting for three days. Pronto Pizza, an extraordinary pizzeria, is 50 meters away. Everything here was terrible; the oil was fluorescent and the pesto was unspeakable. The only good thing was the lovely waitress who always brought ice-cold beers. The octopus was sour, and the potato and Norcia pizza tasted like it was made with cockroach flour. It ruined not only my Saturday night, but my entire weekend. Afterward, I went downtown to get drunk to forget the terrible experience (I went to Bar Fanfulla, undoubtedly the best bar in Barletta). This pizzeria is a NAS nightmare.

18/10/2025: Poor ingredients and terrible service. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

12/10/2025: Two hours waiting for a sandwich with salad that I didn't request, but the waiter responded with "e ij t l'agg mis" even though I didn't like it. The price was high for what you get: 12 euros for an (empty) sandwich and a Coke. The tables were dirty and broken.

11/10/2025: We were there just 30 minutes ago to be seated, we sit down and wait another 30 minutes, I call the waiter to order, he tells me I'm coming but he will never come, instead of coming to order, he goes to take other orders from people who sat after us, we will never go there again, it's really a bad thing

30/01/2026: I had dinner at this butcher's shop, it was truly a thief and disgusting with its meat and very high prices. I advise you not to go to this thief.

15/03/2026: The meat quality was average, and the prices were decidedly out of line with the offerings. Dinner consisted of sausage and bombette without any particular cuts of meat, and cost €80 for two.

27/01/2026: I ate at this restaurant-pizzeria for a birthday. Arriving at the parking lot, which was already full at 9:00 PM, we parked on the main road. The place was very cute and welcoming, well-heated and cozy, and was packed with people, given the pizza tour option, which many people preferred. Unfortunately, we ate later than expected due to the crowds and the large number of pizzas. I chose a lactose-free parmigiana with cooked ham, very thin but with excellent toppings. The evening was pleasant and fun; there was even a vocalist with a repertoire of beautiful Italian music, and some customers even joined in by singing songs upon request. After dinner, at the request of some customers, there were even moments of dancing. The staff was very kind and helpful. I couldn't help but notice the beautiful view; being below the Carini Castle, it boasts a breathtaking view. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

05/05/2026: Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There was constant loud slamming of doors and shouting until about 4:00 a.m., making sleep nearly impossible. Furthermore, the reception was unmanned during this time, so we received no assistance. The hot water boiler in our room was switched off, forcing us to wait approximately two hours for hot water. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin – you can hear practically every conversation from the neighboring rooms. Breakfast was mediocre and nothing special. Additionally, parking costs €7 and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, which is inconvenient. Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel.

10/03/2025: A business dinner to forget. The ribs were burnt, if not charred. The staff was average but tending to be absent. The only delicious touch was the apple tart with ice cream. The place was clean but sterile.

22/02/2025: Solito Roadhouse, del resto da una catena ti attendi che lo stile, la qualità e in generale tutto il format di offerta sia lo stesso dovunque tu vada. Purtroppo in questo caso una delle poche variabili non controllate dall'alto è saltata. Il locale era freddo, per problemi all'impianto di riscaldamento. Succede, ma quando poi senti che sono giorni e che non hanno ancora "avuto il tempo" di chiamare l'assistenza per irparare il guasto, beh, allora c'è un problema.

20/04/2026: I've been meaning to write a review of my favorite pizzeria in Ventimiglia for a while. Every two weeks, when I return to Italy from France, it's a must-visit for my speck and arugula pizza. Since I have a few minutes before my train to Turin leaves, I'm finally taking the time today. The "Bistrot" pizzeria in Ventimiglia is certainly not a place for fashionistas and influencers (keep getting ripped off by Crazy Pizza...). Here we are in a historic, family-run establishment that has managed to retain its simplicity and authenticity despite the hordes of tourists who flock to the city. The welcome is warm and genuine, the freshly baked pizzas from the wood-fired oven are delicious, and the bill is reasonable and fair. I highly recommend it.
