Old Wild West In Assago

It's been a while since I've been here. The quality seemed a little better than the last few times... The service was quite fast and precise, and the staff was courteous. The sandwiches were tasty, as were the desserts. The Marefuori menu was very good! It's been a while since I've been here. The quality, unfortunately, has remained the same...in fact, perhaps even lower, and the prices have gone up...I see this place as abandoned compared to the others in the area... The service is extremely slow, imprecise, and confusing... They can do much better! It feels like you're in a different place every time, because one time it's delicious, the next it's awful...This time it wasn't good, in fact, I was really disappointed... The burger meat was maybe less than 100 grams, overcooked, so you couldn't even taste it, and out of proportion to the bun, which is much larger than the meat. The fries weren't great...they seemed reheated and a little dry. The mozzarella sticks and cheesecake, however, were good, especially the peanut topping on the cheesecake! The sauce was amazing! The souffle was good! One thing to note is that since my last visit (February 2023), the prices have gone up, but the quality has really deteriorated...terrible value for money. As for the service, nothing to complain about: everyone was helpful, friendly, and the service was fast. Another complaint was the super slippery floor and the sticky tables, but I think that's due to the products used and not the lack of cleanliness, especially since I could see that the tables were cleaned properly. Well, for now, I don't feel like going back, but who knows, maybe in the future... I'm fond of this place because I often go to the movies, but we'll see... But damn, the prices have gone up so much... and I don't know if the quality-price ratio is still worth it at this point... over time, I have the impression that the quality has drastically declined... among other things, I don't understand why the loyalty program isn't valid at this place...

I'll start by saying that I've always loved Old Wild West. I have no complaints about the food, which is always delicious. Unfortunately, I have to complain about the service, except that the staff was practically nonexistent. There were only two waiters, so the wait was long. Even though we arrived before others, they took their orders before ours. I recommend increasing the staff.

The other day I went to eat old wild west in Assago next to the cinema. A very good waiter served me, his name was Giovanni, very attentive and kind.
