10/02/2026: My last order was a disaster. I ordered: 2 tbones, a dry-aged Rubia Gallega and an Australian Black Angus, both 1 kg. 2 Australian Wagyu ribeyes, both roughly the same weight, around 300 grams each. The woman who assisted me on WhatsApp was the only good thing about this incredibly unpleasant experience. She was incredibly kind to me, and I hate to write these words, but it's my duty, and above all, I can't lose more than €200 like this. When the courier arrived, I immediately inspected the goods. One of the two Wagyu cuts had lost its vacuum seal, while the others hadn't. I immediately removed the plastic from the cut in question, following their guidelines regarding oxygenation of the meat. The stench filled the room, and I was forced to throw the cut away after about half an hour because it was unbearable. The butcher who was assisting me on WhatsApp apologized and explained that I might get a refund after speaking with the sales manager. The refund was granted; she was very kind, and so far so good. The other cuts were immediately frozen at -25 degrees Celsius. I had only pointed out that the 1kg Australian Black Angus T-bone/Florentine steak was covered in green, yellow, and gray mold around the edges, but the butcher assured me that this was normal due to the aging process. (I also think they had mistakenly reversed the labels, and the cut I was complaining about was probably the dry-aged Rubia Gallega and not the Australian Black Angus Florentine, but I'm not saying.) This happened on January 23, 2026. After exactly 14 days, on the night of Friday, February 6, I took the three remaining pieces out of the freezer, removed the vacuum seal, and put everything in the refrigerator to defrost, each piece on a separate plate. But I immediately noticed that they all smelled bad. I decided to proceed with the defrosting to get a clearer picture the next morning (because the ice slightly masks the smell). I mentally rechecked the defrosting, and the smell continued to increase. After about 6-7 hours, the situation became unbearable. The small Wagyu was inedible, and I decided to throw it away. The Australian Black Angus Florentine (which, in my humble opinion, was actually the dry-aged Rubia Gallega) smelled terrible near the bone. My wife wanted to throw it all away, but I tried in vain to cut off the smelliest pieces, but nothing. The stench was so nauseating that I almost felt sick. I only have the dryaged Rubia Gallega left (which I think was actually Australian Black Angus). The meat would almost have been edible if it hadn't been for a crack in the bone that gave off a horrible smell. I try digging into the bone with a knife to try to remove something, but the smell increases, so I'm forced to throw it all away. Disheartened, I try to write an email attaching photos, but I don't get a response except on WhatsApp. They say they're sorry for my negative reviews and wonder if I actually stored the meat properly because according to them, a month has passed since I received the order... it's been 14 days... please do the math... I can only say, be careful because you shouldn't mess around with food. Someone could get sick, an elderly person could not notice the smell and eat something potentially dangerous. I've purchased from their website several times, and only once had a problem with a piece of meat that had lost its vacuum seal. This situation particularly upset me, due to the terrible impression I made on my guests, the €200 I wasted, and the butcher's lack of trust in me over my experience. Smell and inspect the meat carefully before eating. I'm attaching before-and-after photos of my terrible experience. It's a shame I can't post the nauseating smell.

05/12/2025: My partner and I were drawn to visit you because they're running a great TV advertising campaign, and looking on the website, they have a different offer every day. Our menu consisted of classic sandwiches at 50% off. I chose the largest one, the XXL, with chips. It was very good, and I couldn't even ask for it again after eating it, so I assume it's because the quality is good. The bill was in line with the offer, a total of €30 for two, with two sandwiches, two Leffe Amber beers, and a cover charge. I'll definitely be back.

09/07/2025: Partiamo dal locale con parecchi posti a sedere Personale di sala cortese ambiente bello con parecchia gente Tempi di attesa nella norma Pizze:avendo preso 3 gourmet il prezzo è un po’ alto 18 euro cad una la pizza ha un impasto soffice e’ più alta della solita ma più ristretta pertanto nel piatto sembra molto ridotta cosa buona sono gli ingredienti perché sono molto buoni e dí quantità infatti c’era più contenuto che pizza!!! Se dovessi tornare proverei anche l’altra con impasto tradizionale!!!
29/05/2025: Una cameriera ha rovesciato una birra su una cliente, invece che scusarsi si è messa a ridere. Noi commensali allibiti. Il proprietario indifferente anche dopo una nostra richiesta almeno di uno sconto (abbiamo mangiato 1 ora dopo a causa dell'incidente), con aria di sufficienza ha detto "sono cose che capitano" senza nemmeno offrirci un caffè. A lui l'educazione "non è capitata". Vergognoso. Anche noi non capiteremo mai più in quel locale!!!

01/02/2026: The pizza is definitely their strong point, and it's delicious. Their menus are large enough to accommodate even large families. They should take better care of the place, from the chairs to the tables, and even turn on some ventilation because, unfortunately, we left with a strong smell of fried food.

16/02/2026: Catastrophic Experience - Absolutely Avoid If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. Upon arrival, we were seated at the only table near the sound system. Despite my request to the DJ to lower the volume, he continued to gradually increase it. Disastrous service: • 45-minute wait before being able to order, while other customers who arrived after us were served • An hour and a half after our arrival, my dish arrived… incomplete (only the meat, without the side dish I ordered) • The waiter disappeared for 10 minutes without explanation • My meat went completely cold while I waited • After complaining, another 10-minute wait, only to be told by the manager that the side dish was no longer available The final straw: After wasting two hours in this establishment on Valentine's Day, a completely ruined evening, we decided to leave, paying only for our drinks. The restaurant still tried to charge us for the food we didn't eat! As the only customers of Caribbean origin present that evening, I felt discriminated against and deeply disrespected. In conclusion: A humiliating experience that left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
16/02/2026: Over 45 minutes wait, unprofessional DJ, loud talking in front of the table, loud music, waiter only brought the meat and didn't inform me that the side dishes were out of stock, cold meat after a 20-minute wait, the restaurant owner tried to charge me for the uneaten dishes even though we had an agreement. Avoid at all costs

08/12/2025: Four of us had dinner with a reservation for a concert. The wait was eternity. The drinks arrived after forty minutes, even incorrectly, but the most disconcerting thing was that one of us had ordered pizza, while the others were cooking... The pizza wasn't served an hour after the rest of the table had finished dinner. We'd been warned there'd be a wait for pizza service, but at least they let us all dine together! Embarrassing.
28/11/2025: I reviewed the place last Saturday and it was promptly removed. Kudos to your critical thinking. So, I repeat, the place is in absolute chaos, with cold pizza, deafening music, and poor service. Too many small children, who should be banned given the high decibels. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Ho mangiato una carne (produzione propria) spettacolare, meglio di Firenze (sono amante della carne). Ottima carta dei vini e un ottimo Gin Tonic per concludere la serata. La padrona di casa e il suo staff vi accolgono in modo caloroso, davvero vi sentite a casa. Quindi, non manca proprio nulla, prodotti e staff da 10&lode. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Located beneath the historic walls of the public promenade, it extends along the length of the square, accessible from the end of Corso Italia or from the Faxhall parking lot. Divided into two areas, a pizzeria/restaurant and a lounge serving aperitivo and after-dinner drinks, often featuring themed evenings and DJs. The food and cocktails are of the highest quality. The young staff and well-maintained location include awnings in case of rain and plants to protect from the summer heat. LED lighting highlights the splendid historic walls. Disabled access and impeccable restrooms are available.

08/03/2026: The starter was a bit poor, the first course was with mushrooms, sausage and bechamel sauce (pre-packaged), penne with sauce (not cooked 100%), good meat, decent wine, good service, kind and helpful, excellent pizza.
10/02/2026: We went on a weekday and chose the daily menu. The atmosphere was cold, heated by a gas stove in the center of the room. The food was served cold and of poor quality. I'm sorry to say this, but I won't be returning and I don't recommend it.

13/02/2026: Very nice steak resaturant, with a good range of pasta starters and fish. The meat is cooked in the middle of the restaurant which adds some theatre. A few of the dishes are suitable for 2 people, Chateau Briand, T-bone etc. Bruschetta on arrival with chargrilled bread was a nice touch. Would reccommend.
