05/08/2024: The food was OK and it was hard to judge the atmosphere as it was very quiet when we visited. Given it was so quiet the service was very slow, probably because the seemed to be concentrating on the delivery riders.

WE WERE WELCOMED BY A LADY WHO RUDELY TOLD US "HAVE YOU BOOKED?" WE REPLYED NO.. IRRITATED, SHE ANSWERS THERE'S NO PLACE, IF YOU WANT TO EAT THERE'S THE HAMBURGER FESTIVAL A LITTLE FURTHER AHEAD, GO THERE... IT WAS THE MOST SLEADEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED... THERE ARE WAYS AND WAYS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.. WE WILL NEVER GO AGAIN AND ACTUALLY WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND GOING... WITHOUT SAYING GOODBYE WE WENT ELSEWHERE WHERE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FULLY THERE WE WERE GENTLY WELCOMED AND WE HAD DINNER... IT'S TRUE THAT NOT EVERYONE HAS THE ABILITY TO MANAGE A PLACE PUBLIC.. ZERO RATING OR LESS.

16/06/2024: In questo ristorante vado da almeno 10 anni e ho sempre mangiato bene con un ottimo servizio il personale è speciale complimenti a tutto lo staff. Il prodotto è sempre di ottima qualità ed il rapporto al costo è corretto. Ci tengo a ringraziare Angelo , Leonardo e Domenico siete sempre gentilissimi e meritate di lavorare bene perchè siete capaci e oggi voglio fare questo per voi una bella e meritata recensione. 01/08/2024: High price based on quantity and quality. Burger in question (16 euros) without side dish, to be ordered separately (6 euros)! Yet they serve it on a large, rectangular plate with lots of empty space on the sides. Extremely low margins! 13 euros for one (?) crouton (half a slice) of very common toasted bread with 2 friggitelli, 4 cherry tomatoes and a really small slice of burrata mignon. Extremely low margins! Perhaps the toasting of the bread camouflaged what it was not possible to camouflage with the breadsticks in the set, not exactly fragrant and with a hint of staleness, unfortunately little attention was paid to conservation and 3 euros each for the set seems not exactly justified to me. Kind but hasty service given the only person both serving tables and at the cash register, although there aren't too many seats, this has an impact on the breathless service, we had to remember to bring water: they brought the food first. The quality of the food is average and absolutely does not justify the prices. I won't come back again, we'll try other places and it will definitely be better!

19/06/2024: Unfortunately I didn't have a good time, we asked the waiter for 15 minutes if he could serve us and he ignored us, when he replied we said "finally" in an ironic way, without offending anyone, and the waiter, when he brought the drinks, told us spilled the coke on my shoes which are still stained, and they didn't even apologize. Then, we asked for takeaway and had to pour the coke ourselves. For this behavior they don't even deserve 1 star, and I'm very sorry because I went there hoping to have fun, but instead they ruined my day. Unless the management changes, I will never come again.

05/05/2024: Ho visitato molti ristoranti della catena e questo sicuramente è di buon livello e dispone anche di area giochi per bambini (una rarità per gli Old Wild West). Sorprendenti le recensioni negative, soprattutto sul personale che comunque è giovane e ben volenteroso. Probabilmente nei giorni clou si può aspettare per elevata affluenza. I piatti sono i soliti della catena ben cucinati

15/06/2024: 6 amici a cena Aperitivo ottimo violet spritz Proposto dal barman.. carne alla brace e cucina ottimi! di qualità!…porzioni giuste... Servizio e accoglienza: molto preparati e professionali.. t fanno sentire a casa.. Torneremo sicuramente.. Siamo rimasti anche nel dopo cena per la serata latina.. abbiamo bevuto degli ottimi gin tonic. Bravi tutti.. Complimenti..

01/11/2023: Exceptional food, fantastic and kind welcome, as soon as we arrived they made us sit where we preferred and immediately gave us the menus. In 5 minutes they brought us EVERYTHING and it was delicious.

22/04/2024: Saturday evening with friends: dinner and after dinner. We took a table for 6 people and they placed us near the console where the show was. In summary, the evening was beautiful: the live show was very nice, the atmosphere was good. Wanting to find a flaw, after dinner some people invaded our table a bit during the live show: they didn't bother us at all also because we were practically under the band that was playing, but we would have appreciated more space after dinner: it's not the fault of the organization. Following the usual line I'm going to comment on the stars I put. Food: Very tasty mixed starter with different tastings. We threw ourselves on the meat: all good and of excellent choice. Arrived in the right time. Service: everything was excellent, the waitresses were smiling and helpful, not intrusive and very correct. Wanting to find a flaw when we ordered the bottle there was a misunderstanding between the bar and the room and they believed that the bottle had already been released when in reality nothing had arrived. All resolved by talking to the manager. Environment: mixed. Definitely selected and free of annoying people. People of every age. Nice place also to meet new people if you're in the mood. Online bill: €45 per person including wine and water, premium bottle paid €160: actually less than in a nightclub.

28/07/2024: Everything is really good, you pay far too little for what you have... some customers should learn education but thank God the staff is nothing short of perfect!!! If I always come back to eat there it's thanks to the staff 💪🏻💪 🏻

28/06/2024: I have known it for many years and have always enjoyed it, clean and tidy location, friendly and helpful staff, good quality of food and plenty of variety to satisfy everyone's different dietary needs with a good quality/price ratio!!
