09/04/2025: there were two of us, we were there last night (04/08/25), the staff was polite and available to our requests, there was only one girl and the owner in the room. to eat we had the house starter, the cheeses didn't convince us much but the cured meats were very good, all accompanied by some delicious fried gnocchi. continuing we chose to get two pizzas, cooked well, nothing special. finally we also had two desserts, a tiramisu and a chocolate cheesecake, both very good. overall we had a good time, but a piece of advice: go for first/second courses, in our opinion it's more worth it! However, we thank the staff in general for the evening we spent, at the time of payment they were kind enough to even offer us a bitter! Advised!!

02/04/2025: For me the best restaurant in Luino: the food is fantastic and inexpensive, the staff is very warm, attentive and accommodating. It is also open all day long, so you will receive a warm welcome even after the market on Wednesday before 6 p.m. Always happy. Thank you very much.

09/03/2025: Gone are the days when we ate excellent meat, mixed grill arrived cold, after pointing it out we were told that the food warmer or I don't know what was not working, without asking if it could be remedied in some way, my hamburger...embarrassing, a dry disk with a neutral flavour, a sole between two slices of bread, at the checkout after having complained about only the cold dish, not even an apology or a euro discount but the usual high prices, which if you eat well we will they are, in this case I would say no, there had already been other stumbles with the service but the quality of the dishes filled the gaps. speaking with various people, several noticed the extreme worsening of the food compared to some time ago, we will not give other opportunities.

22/12/2024: Pizza non all' altezza del prezzo.... Voto 5 impasto strano come se fosse cruda, devo dire grande delusione E prezzi alle stelle veramente assurdo pagare una pizza da asporto 11 euro e non è neanche buona.....

20/12/2024: Locale spazioso ed elegante, servizio impeccabile, i proprietari sono una garanzia con tutti i loro locali. Servono piatti di ogni tipo con attenzione ad allergie ed intolleranze. Noi abbiamo mangiato una vera pizza gourmet

05/03/2025: Delicious food (simple but high quality and fresh ingridients) combined with amazing Primitivo DOP = pure perfection. Definitely coming back on the next visit to Martina Franca. Friendly staff, especially our waiter Alberto. Highly recommend for everyone who wants to taste the food that brings memories of grandparents house.

02/03/2025: Ricci is a very nice place in the heart of the historic center of Martina, to be able to eat both pizza and meat. I recommend the Ciccio with capocollo and rib, really juicy and tasty rare. When you eat meat in the historic center of Martina Franca with the right people, the recipe for being happy is complete! 23/04/2025: After booking, they seated us right away and took our orders quickly. The dishes arrived quickly, good as usual. Even though it was Easter Monday, the service was fast and the dishes were good.

21/04/2025: My friend really wanted to eat a steak there. He ordered it too, but then the news came that it was out. He was incredibly disappointed and the evening was over. With this message the waiter also deleted my order. So in the end my friend got a meal that he wasn't keen on and my food didn't even reach me. The servers tried hard. But after they realized what had happened, no one came to see us anymore and literally ignored us. Hui on the outside, yuck on the inside. Nothing more needs to be said here.

09/02/2025: A favorite place, Jerry the innkeeper is impeccable, he cooks with a bit of a wait but with excellent value for money. super sandwiches... over the years I think I've tried the entire menu. Phenomenal cocktails and excellent beer

01/04/2025: L’esperienza presso Griglio ha evidenziato gravi carenze nella gestione dell’accoglienza e nell’attenzione al cliente, compromettendo fin da subito la percezione del servizio. All’arrivo, ci siamo presentati in due e abbiamo atteso nell’area designata per l’accoglienza, senza ricevere alcun segnale di considerazione da parte del personale. Nel frattempo, altri clienti arrivati successivamente venivano fatti accomodare con apparente discrezionalità, nonostante la presenza di diversi tavoli liberi e un intero piano superiore ancora da riempire. Nessun sistema di registrazione degli ingressi, nessuna comunicazione chiara, nessuna gestione dell’attesa. Dopo diversi minuti di totale indifferenza, siamo stati costretti a chiedere direttamente se fosse possibile sederci. La risposta è stata distante, sbrigativa e priva di ogni forma di ospitalità: “Non c’è posto prima di 15 minuti.” Nessuna spiegazione, nessuna alternativa proposta, nessun segno di considerazione. Nel frattempo, altri clienti continuavano a essere fatti accomodare senza difficoltà apparente. Di fronte a un’accoglienza così deficitaria e a un servizio che ha dimostrato scarsa attenzione e totale mancanza di organizzazione, abbiamo deciso di non fermarci e di lasciare il locale. Un ristorante non è solo cibo: è esperienza, attenzione e cura. E quando queste mancano già all’ingresso, il danno d’immagine è inevitabile. La ristorazione di qualità non può prescindere da un servizio all’altezza, e in questo caso il livello è stato ben al di sotto delle aspettative minime.

25/03/2025: Mi sono trovato bene ogni volta, sono rimasto positivamente sorpreso sia dai panini che dai piatti. In un centro commerciale non mi aspettavo nulla di ché e invece... Ma è il servizio uno dei punti di forza del locale. Nel mio caso è stato proprio quest'ultimo che mi ha fatto ritornare più di una volta e scoprire così altri piatti gustosi.

23/02/2025: Ottimo a mezzogiorno, in questo locale si mangia bene e i prezzi sono nella media. C'è il menù del giorno, oltre che le pietanze da listino. Servizio eccellente.

21/12/2024: Siamo tornati a pranzo in questo ristorante dopo un paio di anni e l’abbiamo trovato migliorato in ogni senso. Locale curato e pulitissimo, servizio molto cortese, cibo super buono. Si percepisce una cura particolare anche nella direzione. Era da tempo che non mangiavo carne così buona. Fiorentina al sangue ma la frollatura ottimale l'ha resa un "burro" che avrei mangiato ad oltranza. Strepitoso anche il filetto e antipasti misti (tartare top). Selezione dei vini di tutto rispetto, location calda ed elegante servizio professionale e personale simpatico. Conto assolutamente onesto, non eccessivo. Consigliato assolutamente agli amanti della carne di qualità e non solo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Finally a more varied menu than the usual pub ones, even with substantial vegetarian alternatives. An extra point for civility to have sanitary pads in the bathroom

21/03/2025: The only thing I want to add is to be entitled to the promotions you have to book and when you book say that you want to take advantage of the promotion otherwise the promotion is not valid. I think this is not fair, because if you have a promotion you have to offer it to everyone who comes that day.

28/03/2025: Everything perfect, far beyond expectations. The place is very nice, with very spacious tables, super friendly staff, they brought us some welcome appetizers (tortillas with Mexican sauce) for free. The burgers were on 50% off promotion like every Thursday, and every day of the week there are various equally tempting offers in rotation that encourage you to change and come back. They bring the sauces directly to the dispensers so as not to have quantity problems, which is much appreciated. Income statement given the importance of the discount on sandwiches.

01/04/2025: We went on a Saturday not too late in fact it was extremely pleasant as there were very few people, the all you can eat formula is slightly more expensive than its other competitors but it is certainly more worth it for the varied choice of sushi and also the quality, a few months ago I was at the restaurant which didn't excite me at all however at the sushi it was quite the opposite, the service is very fast and kind, the quality of the fish is decidedly high, the only negative note as far as I'm concerned is the location which is a little too dark in some places and dark. We will definitely return
