27/10/2025: Everything was truly excellent! I had the carbonara, and it was one of the best I've ever had: the original recipe was faithful, the pecorino cheese was high-quality, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The rostelle (sheep skewers) were well-cooked and flavorful, though the meat seemed a bit delicate. However, the pork skewers with Patanegra lard were spectacular! I finished with a fantastic tiramisu. The cream was so sweet it melted in your mouth, the biscuit was so soft you almost didn't need to chew it, and the coffee was so well-balanced that it didn't overpower the sweetness of the cream. I highly recommend this place; you can taste the care put into every dish! I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

17/08/2025: I definitely expected better. The Black Angus steak arrived pre-sliced, cooked to a medium 'medium', which was actually quite overcooked: tough and difficult to chew. The price was disproportionate for the quantity received. The arrosticini were better. The beer wasn't particularly noteworthy; the only good thing were the fries. Overall, it wasn't the best experience.

02/07/2025: Ottimo ristorante posizionato all’uscita autostradale di Fabro. Cucina genuina curata e preparata buona materia prima. Ottima la carne. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Oltre ad essere comoda la posizione ha anche un ampio parcheggio fronte il locale ed un albergo nello stessa struttura, tutto questo molto comodo per chi viaggia.

18/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante posizionato strategicamente all’uscita autostradale di Fabro. Cucina genuina curata e preparata con ottima materia prima. I piatti a base di carne fanno da padrone nel menù ma anche i primi sono degni di nota. Dolci preparati in casa molto buoni. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ampio posteggio di fronte il locale.

31/08/2025: The arancinis are truly excellent and the best I've ever eaten! The other pizzas were a bit lackluster in flavor and could have used more seasoning. The calzones were excellent (sorry, no picture). The service could be a bit friendlier. The decor is more bistro-like. I love your arancinis!!!

12/08/2025: A historic Gela restaurant, always very crowded; perhaps a better way to manage the queues is needed. Excellent food, especially the pizza all'sotto. Overall, a must-visit for anyone looking for a good meal.

25/10/2025: A very beautiful and characteristic place, with a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, but the main course was disappointing. Sliced ​​beef (unfortunately, I don't remember the name, but the €18 one was the one) was a bit disappointing, quite spicy, but above all, too raw. The two items combined made it hard to chew. The spicy chicken was very heavy and didn't make it to the end. Of the two San Daniele burgers, one was too rare, soaking the entire bun, while the second, cooked well, was really good. I don't know if the bread is homemade, but it's one of the best I've ever had on a similar sandwich. I hope it was just a bad night for the chef, but I'm ready to change my mind once I see the potential.

12/11/2025: The sandwich was excellent, and the option to customize it to your liking by choosing from a list of ingredients was interesting. The only downside was the speed of service: a full hour's wait. I understand it was Saturday night, but some tables were free.

26/10/2025: When you find confusion, chaos, and disorganization elsewhere on Saturdays, my friends and I come to Beer Start. They have a carnivorous and vegetarian menu. Excellent value. Top-quality burgers, delicious sandwiches, delicious salads, side dishes, and even fried foods... you'll find it all! And the desserts? Delicious! Great selection of beers, and even the after-dinner drinks! Our favorite place! Thanks to Gabriele, Laura, and all the staff for pampering customers with kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

28/09/2025: I've been eating pizza at this place for years..... this evening I called for 3 take-out pizzas and was told 10 minutes and they'll be ready..... so we rushed to get there and after 40 minutes of waiting I was told that I had to tell the pizza chef and that it was my fault....... this is not at all the way to treat people who pay you and expect a damn decent service....... absolute disappointment and there will be no next time, shame that less than 1 star can't be given.......

24/09/2025: What a special place... Breathtaking view... They're definitely more of a restaurant than a bar... but a plate of cured meats and cheeses and their white wine made for an excellent aperitif. Their grilled meats are a must-try. We'll be back.

02/11/2025: We visited this restaurant for an evening with friends, coincidentally due to a match being broadcast. After we sat down and placed our order, the waiter jokingly and unclearly informed us that a drink was required in order to remain. Such a communication, in all fairness, should be provided before customers sit down and order, not afterward, and certainly not on a slip of paper behind the television that no customer would read. Unfortunately, the evening continued in a less than pleasant manner. The restaurant manager began loudly scolding a young man, in front of everyone present, claiming, "If you don't have the money, you won't come here." This was decidedly inappropriate behavior, which created discomfort and embarrassment among the customers. When the bill came, which amounted to €54, we were asked to reach the €60 limit for the group, without even being given the option of adding bottles of water. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. The initial lack of transparency, combined with the rude and rigid staff management, created an unwelcoming atmosphere.

20/10/2025: If you want to entertain yourself with superb food, go to Ciccio in Fregene, everything prepared with love and skill. I enjoyed a fantastic chicken and turkey kebab, spicy and delicious... you have to try it! And they're having a party for Halloween 🎃 🥳 🎃 🥳
