26/10/2025: When you find confusion, chaos, and disorganization elsewhere on Saturdays, my friends and I come to Beer Start. They have a carnivorous and vegetarian menu. Excellent value. Top-quality burgers, delicious sandwiches, delicious salads, side dishes, and even fried foods... you'll find it all! And the desserts? Delicious! Great selection of beers, and even the after-dinner drinks! Our favorite place! Thanks to Gabriele, Laura, and all the staff for pampering customers with kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

31/08/2025: The arancinis are truly excellent and the best I've ever eaten! The other pizzas were a bit lackluster in flavor and could have used more seasoning. The calzones were excellent (sorry, no picture). The service could be a bit friendlier. The decor is more bistro-like. I love your arancinis!!!

12/08/2025: A historic Gela restaurant, always very crowded; perhaps a better way to manage the queues is needed. Excellent food, especially the pizza all'sotto. Overall, a must-visit for anyone looking for a good meal.

The food you request isn't always available; I even asked for a boscaiola and they didn't have any sausage. But they know how to make up for it; the food is excellent and not very expensive. The owner is friendly and approachable.

09/11/2025: The place is cute and the food is very good and affordable. The mountain appetizer is plentiful and tasty; it also includes vegetables. The pizza is good and they bring it pre-sliced, which is very convenient. The only thing we didn't like was that at one point they played the music way too loud, and we were forced to leave.

01/01/2026: On New Year's Eve, the place was completely cold, so eating was a no-brainer. A whole table even left because of the cold!

The place was unheated the entire time, with multiple coats on... in short, not to be repeated, not on New Year's Eve, not even during the year... €60 gone in a complete waste. Plus, a table left the place after the appetizers without being refunded... I won't add anything else... truly obscene...

These minutes of difference and certain humanity. After that, more than two hours hoping only to be able to ask, claiming several times. Once I get the request, once I wait more. Total disorganization and no excuse. The dueño, rude and overbearing, incapable of assuming responsibility. The food, normal to mediocre, does not compensate for the short experience. A site that shows that not everything is cooked: the treatment and the respect are important. Here they failed in every way. We will not move. Reservation at 8:30 pm. Two people arrived at 8:20 with a baby and were not allowed to sit while the mother needed to breastfeed. Ten minutes early, zero empathy. Then the chaos began: over two hours just waiting to place the order, asking repeatedly. After ordering, the food arrived one hour later. No apologies, no explanations. The owner was rude and arrogant, completely unwilling to take responsibility. The food itself was average at best and absolutely not worth the experience. A restaurant is more than food — service and basic respect matter. This place failed on every level. Reservation at 8.30pm. Two people arrive at 8.20pm with a newborn and are not allowed to sit while the mother was supposed to be breastfeeding. Ten minutes early and zero humanity. From there on, disaster struck: over two hours of waiting just to order, asking multiple times. After ordering, the food arrived an hour later. No apology, no response. The owner was rude and arrogant, incapable of taking responsibility. The food was mediocre and didn't even begin to justify the experience. A restaurant isn't just about food, it's about respect and organization. There's none of that here.

11/12/2025: Filled up at the end of November. The maximum amount was deducted, after having filled up about half the tank. Total chaos that day, with gas station attendants incapable of managing the situation or clarifying the situation; it seemed like they'd just woken up, but it was afternoon. I left because I was in a hurry, unfortunately, with the feeling that something had gone wrong.... Result: double the amount and impossible to get my money back since I no longer had the receipt. Never again at this gas station; there are plenty of reliable ones...
