Located near Passo del Lupo, this bar boasts a simply breathtaking sea view. Besides the view, the food is truly delicious; I highly recommend the grilled meat and grilled tomatoes. But what makes this place truly special is the staff: to say they're friendly is an understatement. Their kindness, helpfulness, and attentive service are hallmarks, and they made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. A place definitely worth a visit and one I recommend to anyone passing through. We'll definitely be back!

I've been coming here forever and I've always liked it. The location is spectacular, with views of the sea and the coast all the way beyond Porto Recanati. The only complaint is the prices... spending €28 for a grilled sausage, a rib, a piece of chicken, and a sparerib is truly excessive. Prices have skyrocketed in recent years post-COVID, despite the same menu and service. It's a shame.

La Taverna del Monaco

09/07/2025: Quick and efficient lunch break. It's a tavern, so don't expect a Michelin-starred restaurant. They do their job admirably. Quick and friendly service, generous portions with excellent flavors. Recommended!
22/05/2025: For me, Taverna del Monaco is a guarantee. I'm often in the Baraccola area for work, and if I'm short on time and want a good meal, I know I can find the perfect balance here. The service is fast and attentive, and you can always chat with Maria. The food is good and authentic, all freshly prepared. My favorite thing is the fish-based first courses, always revised by chef Lorenzo. You always find something new. See you soon!
