The food, atmosphere, and service are top-notch for a business lunch at a burger joint/steakhouse. Prices are slightly above average, but understandable given the brand's positioning.

Located in a busy area outside the historic center. Convenient parking.
The food is in keeping with the chain's style, and the staff is friendly.
The service is very inconsistent; they forget to take orders and bring the nachos, and it's slow even when the restaurant is less than half full. It's a bit of a three-way street; hope you're there on the right day.
The prices aren't cheap, but as with the rest of the chain, they do have the brand's guarantee. Like the review if you enjoyed it.

Positive experience.
The food was good and high-quality, but it's a shame the burger was cooked too rare.
The children's area is nice, although very small and lacking in toys. There's an interactive projector in the room, suitable for all ages, from toddlers to adults.
The table service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive and courteous.
The half-price promotion on classic burgers on Thursday evenings was a great deal.

I'm not a fan of these restaurant chains.... But you have to admit, I had a good time. I tried the mutton rosti, which were delicious and well-cooked. The waitresses were kind, but a bit distant and cold with the customers.
The place was clean, with tables a little too close together.
Plenty of parking spaces, including for the disabled.
The price was a bit steep....

I eat here often for lunch, and so far it hasn't disappointed. Today, taking advantage of Grill Day (30% off), I had one of the best grilled meals I've ever had at Roadhouse. The medium cut was cooked as requested, the meat was piping hot, and the other cuts were also good quality and very tasty. The staff is quick, attentive, and friendly. There was a long wait for coffee. The men's restroom needs some minor maintenance, but it's still clean and functional.

Just like all the others in the same chain in terms of portions and product quality. What makes the difference here is the customer service, in terms of attentiveness and courtesy. I recognize that the staff, though very young, went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant dinner.

We came on a Thursday and were able to take advantage of the 50% off burger menu (by presenting the loyalty card via the app; you can create one the same day). Promotions like this are available throughout the week, so don't hesitate to check it out because it's really worth it. Our burger meal, a drink, a coffee, and the cover charge cost us €15 per person, which is definitely worth the trip! What's more, the burger was excellent, and everything was fresh and high-quality, especially the meat, which was incredibly tender and flavorful.
We highly recommend it!
