Everything was truly excellent! I had the carbonara, and it was one of the best I've ever had: the original recipe was faithful, the pecorino cheese was high-quality, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The rostelle (sheep skewers) were well-cooked and flavorful, though the meat seemed a bit delicate. However, the pork skewers with Patanegra lard were spectacular! I finished with a fantastic tiramisu. The cream was so sweet it melted in your mouth, the biscuit was so soft you almost didn't need to chew it, and the coffee was so well-balanced that it didn't overpower the sweetness of the cream. I highly recommend this place; you can taste the care put into every dish! I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
